U.S. Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-Texas) said Dec. 19 that some Democrats have been “working closely with the Chinese government [the Communist Party] in serious ways, but not joining Republicans in pursuing issues that threaten national security, such as Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell’s (D-Mich.) affair with a female Communist spy. Swalwell (D-CA) had an affair with a female Communist spy.”
“This (Swalwell’s affair with a Chinese Communist spy) is an international issue that seems to be getting bigger and bigger,” Blackburn said in an interview with Newsmax television, adding that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and other Democrats should have addressed the Swalwell case first, but they simply didn’t want to talk about it.
Blackburn said the issue is not limited to Swalwell alone.
Georgia U.S. Senate candidate Jon Ossoff is a trust fund socialist, a privileged young man with little experience in the workplace,” she said. He worked for a media company run by the Chinese Communist Party, but this primary he hid that experience, changed his records, and said he was paid no more than $5,000.”
Blackburn said these kinds of things beg the question of what the relationship between the Democratic Party and the Chinese Communist Party really is. If Biden becomes president and there is friction between the U.S. and China, will Biden continue to cover up the problem for his own son, and will he be willing to protect U.S. sovereignty from the Chinese Communist Party?
The new “Axis of Evil” includes the Chinese Communist Party, Russia, Iran and North Korea. The Chinese Communist Party is the ‘innovator’ in the Swalwell spy case; Russia has been aiding and abetting Iran and North Korea by providing funds to them,” Blackburn said. But they have not been able to keep President Trump in league with them.”
Blackburn also cited the cyber attacks on the U.S. government. She said Swalwell, who was involved in the spy erotic scandal, served on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, including still serving there during the investigation into the cyberattacks.
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said Dec. 14 that “the entire federal government has been subjected to a cyber intrusion.” The day before, DHS required federal agencies to immediately disconnect SolarWinds’ Orion software.
SolarWinds is a provider to U.S. federal government departments and top 10 telecommunications companies, an Internet service provider to the U.S. military, and a service provider to Dominion, a voting machine.
SolarWinds issued a statement Dec. 13 saying it was hacked by a national hacker after upgrading its Orion software from March to June of this year, and that the hacker inserted malicious code into Orion’s upgrade software that would have led to the hacking of the company’s customers’ networks.
Blackburn said the Trump administration was able to get to the bottom of the cyberattack in weeks or months, while the Obama administration took years.
President Trump tweeted on Dec. 19 that “the hacking reported by the fake news media was much bigger than it actually was, and everything is under control. No matter what happens, Russia is always a priority target because these media outlets are too scared to discuss the possible Chinese (Communist Party of China) factor behind (the hack) out of commercial interest. The voting machines we used for the election were also attacked and it was clear I won, which is one of the more corrupt and embarrassing events in American history.”
