Trump: Thousands of non-citizens in Nevada voted

On December 3rd a hearing on election fraud was held in a Carson city court in Nevada. People rallied outside the courthouse in support of Trump, calling for a fair election.

On Thursday morning, President Trump tweeted that thousands of non-citizens voted in Nevada during the presidential election.

“Just released data shows that thousands of non-citizens voted in The state of Nevada,” Trump tweeted. They are totally ineligible to vote!”

Under Nevada law, the state department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) must automatically register everyone who gets a driver’s license to vote.

“What you may not know is that in Nevada, both legal and illegal non-citizens can have a driver’s license and identification card,” the Nevada Republican party said on its website on Saturday. Therefore, unless they are properly vetted, they (non-citizens) will be prompted to register to vote.”

“Under a subpoena, the DEPARTMENT of Motor Vehicles finally provided a list of green card holders and noncitizens with driver’s licenses. When we compared this details with county voter lists, we found that 6,260 noncitizens were registered as voters and 3,987 noncitizens had voted.”

“This sacred right (to vote) is limited to those with civil rights and responsibilities, but these institutions have been undermined by the State department of Motor Vehicles,” the Nevada Republican said in a statement.

Trump attorney Jesse Binnall said at a Senate election fraud hearing on Wednesday that Nevada’s election process is rife with voter fraud, including double voting, dead people voting, out-of-state voting, and voting by foreigners. Experts have identified more than 130,000 cases of fraud, he said, and the actual number is much higher.

A lawsuit filed by the Trump team to challenge the election results in Nevada was rejected by the state district Court on December 4, and the trump team will appeal to the state Supreme Court.
