A few days ago, Texas filed a lawsuit to the U.S. Supreme Court on the grounds that the election process is unconstitutional, asking the Supreme Court to overrule the results of the four key states. However, the Federal Supreme Court rejected the Texas lawsuit on the 11th, the reason is the lack of jurisdiction to bring another state election lawsuit. The overall economist Wu Jialong has analyzed earlier, President Trump has predicted that “many big things will happen” in the next few days, it seems that the election lawsuit is just a warm-up, and the next two tricks are the Biden father and son corruption case and the launch of the Martial Law, which can reverse the election results.
The Republican Party’s Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit on the 8th on the grounds that the election process was unconstitutional, asking the U.S. Supreme Court to strike down the results of the four swing states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. Twenty states across the country then responded, forming a clear partisan divide. All of the states that showed support for Texas were Republican states, while those that supported the four swing states were largely Democratic.
The U.S. Federal Supreme Court dismissed Texas’ lawsuit on the 11th, citing lack of jurisdiction to bring other state election lawsuits.
Taiwan’s overall economist Wu Jialong pointed out in an interview with the Epoch Times that the “unconstitutionality of the election process” raised by Texas was on two different fronts from the Trump camp, as opposed to the “election fraud” previously fought by the states. He explained that the U.S. presidential election system is an indirect election, in which the citizens of each U.S. state first elect the state’s electors and then the electors vote on behalf of the state. Some state governments have modified the voting rules and procedures by executive order through the courts or state legislatures, which is not in accordance with the U.S. Constitution and is unconstitutional.
Wu Jialong further explained, because the U.S. president is voted by the states, so even if the individual states have problems with the procedure, the election process is unfair and so on, will also violate the rights of other states, so Texas has the right to file a lawsuit.
The next two major moves are the Biden father and son corruption case and the commencement of Martial Law, which can reverse the election results.
The first major move is about the corruption case of Democratic Party candidate Biden and his son Hunter Biden. The Senate started to investigate Biden and his son’s private collusion and collaboration with businessmen and enemies, and the transfer of benefits as early as in late September.
The second major move is about the Chinese Communist Party’s involvement in the U.S. election, initiating a state of emergency and martial law, and arresting and court-martialing collaborators in the deep state. This part does not involve election fraud at all, and can also flip the election results, so Trump is now really going to start pulling out the stops.
