The massive fraud in the 2020 U.S. election is not just an attempt to stop Donald Trump’s re-election, but a massive attack on the “electoral system” at the heart of American democracy.
The consequences of this attack, which cannot be measured in tens of millions of votes, will cause the American people, and the people of the world, to shake and doubt the American electoral system, and thus the entire founding principles and democratic system that have shaped America’s 200-year history of prosperity and strength.
This was a carefully orchestrated attack, and one that has already had clear and obvious damaging results.
At the heart of the alleged massive election fraud are the multiple voting machines in the United States and the software that operates the vote counting and various data analysis and calculation systems within them. This is a secretive system that is not publicly available, we do not see the inner workings of the system, we do not know where the data is being transported for processing, and these systems cannot even be effectively reviewed and audited – a classic system of digital technology leading to tyranny.
Simply put, if Americans cannot get past this issue and conduct an all-encompassing and massive investigation into all types of voting machine systems, it would be tantamount to declaring the formal end of American democracy. Because a few so-called technological elites who master this system can manipulate the results of all future elections by hiding in a dark room and moving their fingers. This is a perfect world of standard digital authoritarianism, “Big Brother” on the political stage from now on. Those who are deprived of their democratic rights will inevitably become slaves to the power of digital despotism.
This is the ideal world of Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chávez, and it is also the ideal world of the Chinese Communist Party. In fact, the 19th Communist Party Congress formally introduced the concept of “modern governance”, based on the core of this system of big data combined with artificial intelligence and AI, combined with universal surveillance.
In the normal state of a democracy, the principle of political neutrality is applied to the executive and judicial branches of government. During elections, various government departments avoid getting involved in disputes to avoid government power being used by those in power to influence the outcome of the election.
This time, however, the situation is completely different, and the scale of the various systematic electoral frauds is so large that it has caused serious harm to the basic American national system. This is not an isolated incident, but a carefully planned deployment for many years, behind which various manipulative hands are ready to emerge, targeting not the presidency, but the democratic institutions under the U.S. Constitution.
This is no longer a matter of electoral politics, but a naked and massive criminal act.
The president’s highest duty is to defend the Constitution
President Trump delivered a 46-minute video address on Dec. 2. At the beginning of the speech, he made a point of saying, “This is probably going to be the most important speech I’ve ever given.” Trump said the U.S. election is no longer about whether he was personally elected, but about how to protect the U.S. electoral system, protect the U.S. Constitution and founding principles, and put the interests of the United States first, not personal fame and fortune. He spoke at length about the fraud in the election, arguing that these massive and systematic frauds are actually an attack on the American system.
Trump said, “As president, my highest duty is to defend the laws of the United States and the Constitution, and that’s why I’m determined to protect our electoral system, a system that is now facing a systematic attack.”
Trump pointed to major irregularities or outright fraud in all swing states on a scale never before seen in history, with large numbers of votes poured in instantly and few people knowing where they came from. The media knows this, but they don’t want to report it,” Trump said. In fact, they refuse to report it at all, or even cover it up.”

Trump pointed out that there was a suspicious company in the election, Dominion Voting Systems, which was responsible for all the votes in the swing states, and 96 percent of their political contributions went to the Democrats, and that Dominion’s data actually appeared abroad, not in the U.S. “Dominion is a disaster.

Trump specifically stressed that “if we don’t take the 2020 election fraud out of the equation, then we don’t have a country.”
This is not just about his campaign, this is about restoring fairness and confidence in American elections, this is about American democracy, this is a sacred right that many Americans have sacrificed their lives for, so nothing is more urgent and important than protecting the system. To realize that “there is still plenty of time to certify the right winner,” it is especially important to initiate the special measures that the Constitution has given the president.
Executive Order on Foreign Election Meddling Sanctions Enacted in 2018
On September 12, 2018, President Trump signed an executive order called the “Executive Order Imposing Certain Sanctions in the Event of Foreign Interference in the United States Election” based on the U.S. Constitution and U.S. law, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the National Emergencies Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act, and Section 301 of Title 3 of the U.S. Code.
Because it is an executive order, it does not require congressional passage and all levels of the U.S. government are required to comply with the law.
The Executive Order requires the Director of National Intelligence to assess whether a foreign government or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government has interfered in a U.S. election within 45 days of the election and to provide this assessment to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.
Once the assessment determines that a foreign power has disrupted the U.S. election, then the U.S. departments will impose various sanctions on all direct or indirect participants, such as freezing their assets, banning the country’s exports, and prohibiting the trading of their stocks.
If Venezuelans interfere with the U.S. election through the Domini system, not only will their property be frozen and seized, but those involved in helping, such as the owners of Domini, the Venezuelan government that provided the funds, or the far leftists involved, will be sanctioned.
If it is confirmed that Biden, Obama and other far-left bigwigs, including those associated with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), who have already betrayed Trump, are at least indirectly helping foreign powers to undermine the integrity of the U.S. election, President Trump’s executive order has included them among the targets of sanctions.
In a major speech on December 2, Trump mentioned that he was considering appointing a special prosecutor to investigate the controversy over illegal, rigged voting in the 2020 election. This is either the result of William Barr’s inaction as attorney general.
Pioneering U.S. Presidents Have Exercised Special Presidential Powers
On Nov. 28, retired Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney, formerly the No. 3 man in the U.S. Air Force, and General Flynn were publicly interviewed on the WVW-TV radio and television network by telephone. McInerney was the whistle blower who came forward publicly on Nov. 1, two days before the election, to report that the CIA would use the Domini voting system to commit fraud.
He spoke about the seizure of servers involved in the fraudulent voting system by the U.S. military at a CIA stronghold in Frankfurt, Germany. He used the term “treason” to characterize those involved in election rigging, such as the CIA.
He implored President Trump “not to leave office until treason is revealed, or America will be fatally wounded and ripe for an enemy takeover.”
On Dec. 1, the civic organization We the People’s Congress (WTPC) placed a full-page ad in the Washington Times, a document that refers to President Lincoln’s extraordinary actions to save the Union during the Civil War and compares it to the “civil war” that is dividing America today, calling on President Trump to exercise his special presidential powers as President Lincoln did.
While the U.S. Constitution uses Congress and the courts to limit presidential powers, it also grants “Presidential Prerogative Power”. By virtue of these prerogatives, America’s sage presidents took many of the key steps that future generations will consider. The people are grateful for their courage and wisdom in helping the nation through its most difficult times.
President Trump is seen as the Chosen One, with many resources in the military, police system, special forces and government, and from the actual voting in this election, he has the support of the majority of the American people and has the absolute advantage of resources to set things right. And a few extremists in the Democratic Party and the fake media and online social media have not been recognized by the general public morally and are unbeatable.
Today, not only does the majority of the American people support the president’s struggle to defend the founding principles of the United States, but people in other countries around the world also expect the beacon of American democracy to shine on earth, and expect the United States, the “world policeman,” to continue to be strong and maintain the world order.
Because once this fraud succeeds, not only the United States will perish, the world will also step into the darkness. Hong Kong now is a good example. The Chinese Communist Party has taken advantage of the election in the United States to create chaos in the United States on the one hand, while blatantly violating human rights in Hong Kong by arbitrarily arresting protesters, disqualifying pro-democracy legislators, causing pro-democracy legislators to resign en masse, and dissolving the Legislative Council in disguise, causing the people of Hong Kong to live in misery. From this perspective, the world cannot live without the United States, and this interval is of great significance in countering the fraud.
At a press conference in Georgia on December 2, Attorney Powell called, “It’s time for every patriot in our country to stand up and let your voices be heard and taken seriously.”
Lin Wood, a leading U.S. rights barrister, tweeted on Dec. 2, “Our country is headed for civil war. This war is being created by third-party bad guys for their own benefit, not for the benefit of our people.” He noted that “Communist China is playing a leading role in the evil attempt to take away our freedoms.”
The community looks forward to immediate, comprehensive and effective action by local and federal U.S. jurisdictions to thoroughly investigate this massive attack on the heart of American democracy.
President Trump has the power to exercise his authority under the U.S. Constitution to take decisive and effective emergency action to stop this massive attack. It is the responsibility of the President of the United States, the responsibility of every government official, and the responsibility of every American citizen to protect the Constitution of the United States and the founding principles of American democracy, whether such a destructive attack comes from within or outside the country.
