Election Update 12.12: Trump: Supreme Court has no wisdom and no courage

The Texas case against the four swing states for unconstitutional elections was dismissed by the federal Supreme Court for lack of standing to bring the case. President Trump tweeted that the Supreme Court is disappointing and witless!

On Friday (11) evening EST, the Texas case against the four swing states for unconstitutional elections was dismissed by the Federal Supreme Court for lack of standing. The head of Trump’s legal team, Giuliani, said the Supreme Court’s dismissal of the Texas lawsuit was a “terrible mistake. They will continue to fight until the electoral votes are counted in Congress next January, and President Trump is considering other options.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who filed the lawsuit, also said the Supreme Court’s decision was “unfortunate” and said he will continue to fight tirelessly to defend election integrity and election security.

Following the Supreme Court’s order dismissing the lawsuit, Trump first tweeted a video with a litany of fraud allegations in Georgia, Wisconsin, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Michigan, and at the end of the video, he called on the American people to contact their state legislators to “demand they fight for election integrity.

Later, Trump also posted several tweets in which he criticized the Supreme Court’s decision as “witless” and a “legal disgrace, a disgrace to America!

Since the Supreme Court dismissed the Texas lawsuit not on the facts of the case, but on standing. Alan Dershowitz, a retired Harvard law professor, said the decision sends not a legal message, but a realistic one: the Supreme Court does not want to get involved in this election battle.

Trump criticizes the Supreme Court for its lack of intelligence and courage, and calls on the public to demand that state legislators fight for the integrity of the election

After the Texas lawsuit was dismissed by the Supreme Court, President Trump first tweeted a video. The video made a litany of fraud allegations in Georgia, Wisconsin, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Michigan.

“America deserves an honest election.” The female narrator in the video says, “What they got instead: boxes of ballots secretly added in Georgia, dead people voting in Wisconsin, a money-for-votes scheme in Nevada, supervisors denied access in Pennsylvania, faulty ballot boxes in Michigan, and clerks facing felony charges. The evidence is overwhelming.”

The video clip ends with the American people being urged to contact their local state legislators and “demand that they fight for election integrity.”

Since then, Trump has sent several more tweets, “The Supreme Court has really let us down. No wisdom, no courage!” “It’s a disgrace to the law and a disgrace to America!”

Law professor: Texas has right to sue Supreme Court unwilling to intervene

Alan Dershowitz, a retired Harvard law professor, said the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision Friday (Dec. 11) to dismiss Texas’ case against the four swing states for lack of standing to bring the case shows the court does not want to get involved in the election.

In an interview with Newsmax TV host Grant Stinchfield, Dershowitz agreed with Justice Samuel Alito and Justice Clarence Thomas that Texas does have standing.

Dershowitz said the Supreme Court just didn’t want to deal with, what might be considered, matters of a political nature.

After the court announced its order, Justices Alito and Thomas issued separate statements saying, “In our view, we have no authority to deny a petition that falls within our jurisdiction.”

“This decision by the Supreme Court sends a message,” Dershowitz said, “that the majority includes the three justices appointed by President Trump, all of whom have said ‘we don’t hear Texas cases, we’re not going to get involved in this election ‘”

He further stated, “I think it sends a message. It’s not a legal message, but it’s a realistic message: the Supreme Court doesn’t want to get involved in this election battle.”

Although the Supreme Court has said that the rights of citizens in other states have not been harmed by the actions of officials in those four states. But Dershowitz said he believes the argument is valid.

Dershowitz said that because the Electoral College vote is coming up on Monday, the most important thing for the Trump team right now is that “time is not running out.

“But I want to congratulate the (Trump) lawyers, they’ve done a great job of bringing this case to court in a creative way and bringing it to the attention of the American people.” Dershowitz said.

Texas case dismissed Giuliani: It’s not over yet Trump is considering other options

Despite the federal Supreme Court’s dismissal of Texas’ lawsuit against the four swing states, President Trump’s (Trump) lawyers said Friday night that they will continue to fight.

“We’re not done yet, believe me,” Rudy Giuliani, the former New York City mayor who leads Trump’s legal team, told Newsmax, adding that “the president’s response is to consider other options. “

Giuliani said the Supreme Court dismissed the lawsuit over Texas based on legal standing, not the actual merits of the case. Challenges regarding the election, he said, can be brought in lower courts.

“That’s an option we’re definitely going to try,” he said, “and there’s nothing stopping us from immediately going to the district court, bringing these cases, where of course the president would have standing. Some voters have standing, too, because their constitutional rights have been violated.”

“We still have time,” said Trump team attorney Jenna Ellis.

She said the Trump legal team still has time before Congress officially counts the Electoral College votes on Jan. 6.

“That date in January. That’s the date that has ultimate significance. And the Supreme Court has recognized that,” she said, adding, “We still have time, the state legislatures still have time to do the right thing. They can ask, they can hold hearings, they can take back their representatives, and they should do that, and I hope that all the evidence that we’re presenting now in these hearings will inspire them and give them the courage to act.”

“Fraud like this will continue to happen if it’s not curbed when election fraud first sprouts,” Giuliani said, “It has to be stopped, and the only person I think who has the courage to stand up to it is Donald Trump. “

Supreme Court dismisses election lawsuit Texas attorney general responds

On Friday (Dec. 11), the U.S. Supreme Court dismissed Texas’ election case against four swing states. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, who filed the lawsuit, responded by saying he will persevere in defending election integrity and election security.

The Supreme Court justices denied Texas’ request to sue Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin.

In an order, the justices wrote that Texas’ motion for leave to file a brief was denied as inconsistent with Article III of the Constitution. Texas lacks legal standing to file under the Constitution because it lacks a judicially cognizable interest to intervene in election matters in other states. All other pending motions were dismissed as moot.

Following the court’s order, Justices Samuel Alito and Thomas issued separate statements stating, “It seems to me that we have no authority to reject a pleading that falls within our jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U.S. Dist. LEXIS (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas J. dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the pleadings, but no other relief (relief) will be granted, and I express no opinion on any other issue.”

Texas Attorney General Paxton later issued a statement saying that it was unfortunate that the Supreme Court decided not to take the case and did not determine whether the four states’ failure to comply with federal and state election laws (were) constitutional. “I will continue to work tirelessly to defend the integrity and security of elections and hold accountable those who would overturn established election laws for their own benefit.”

Guarding freedom regardless of party affiliation California Democrats support Trump

After Election Day, Stop the Steal rallies in support of President Trump’s re-election began to take place across the United States, and the wave of support for Trump from California voters has likewise increased rather than decreased. At the weekly rallies, a large number of Democratic voters have come out in support of President Trump and the freedom of the U.S. Constitution.

I am a registered Democrat, but one thing that is very important to me is that I was born in the United States and I grew up a patriot,” said Krishna Murphy, a voter at a pro-Trump rally in Yorba Linda, Orange County, last Sunday. “

He believes there is no doubt that this year’s election was fraudulent on a massive scale, “completely illegitimate, the most illegitimate election I’ve ever encountered in my life. We need to stand up and correct all of these injustices.”

Murphy mentioned that he was not originally a big supporter of President Trump, but strongly agreed with his efforts for America.

“And, lately, I’ve grown to appreciate him (Trump) and I’ll get to know him better. At first, I was fooled by some appearances, but what kind of a man is he for America? What he is currently doing, it is incomparable. in 16 years, Bush and Obama (have done) not even 10% of what Trump has accomplished. But you won’t find out, you can’t find out because the mainstream media doesn’t report it, so I didn’t know (before).”

By digging deeper and breaking the brainwashing limitations of the left media, he discovered that there are good and bad people in both parties today, and that it would be a very unwise choice to go to the polls just because of party affiliation.

He said he would only vote for a president who truly adheres to American traditions, upholds the U.S. Constitution, and respects Americans’ right to liberty, regardless of party affiliation. And that is why he has appeared at many rallies and supported President Trump.

Anita Gallup, a 71-year-old voter who was a longtime Democrat, said America does not need communism and that patriots need to stand up to the forces of the left in order to defend America’s freedom.

Georgia Lawmakers File Supreme Court Brief in Support of Texas Lawsuit

Some 24 members and elected members of the Georgia House and Senate have filed an amicus curiae brief in support of the Texas Supreme Court’s filing of a lawsuit against the states of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan for unconstitutionality.

Late Thursday (Dec. 10), Georgia Senators William Ligon (R), Greg Dolezal (R), Brandon Beach (R), Brandon Jones (R) and many other Republican lawmakers filed an amicus brief with the court in support of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit.

Paxton’s brief argues that four states – Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Michigan – have made unconstitutional changes to their election laws.

Through their attorneys, the senators wrote: “In the months leading up to the November 3, 2020 election, Georgia election officials acted in violation of Georgia law without notifying or receiving approval from the state legislature.”

The senators argued that given the nature and significance of the lawsuit, the Supreme Court should accept the lawsuit as filed and uphold Paxton’s claims.

Also on Thursday, several prominent Pennsylvania lawmakers, including the House and majority leaders, filed a similar brief in support of the lawsuit filed by Paxton against Pennsylvania Gov.

YouTube Engineer Exposed to Have Worked for Communist Party-Controlled Agency

YouTube, Google’s video platform, has been in the spotlight recently after announcing that it will block or remove content that reveals fraud in the U.S. election. In response, U.S. media outlet The National Pulse said on December 10 that its investigation revealed that YouTube employed software engineers who had worked for Communist Party-controlled institutions.

The National Pulse investigated the backgrounds of some of Google’s software engineers and published an exclusive report that Jinjiang Tai has been working as a software engineer at YouTube since May 2019. Jinjiang worked as a software engineer/project manager at Guangzhou Shian Technology, a Guangzhou-based company.

Tai details his work at the Chinese company in his profile on Link. According to State Pulse, it is clear from this that Tai Jinjiang led the company’s software business on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party’s military and a range of government-led intelligence agencies, including the Ministry of Public Security and the State Secrets Bureau.

He also said in his profile on Linklaters that he has received “many employee awards for outstanding performance.

Xiao Chen has been working as a software engineer at YouTube since November 2020. He worked as a research assistant at Sun Yat-sen University, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Sun Yat-sen University is on the U.S. government’s list of entities. The list includes organizations and individuals that have been identified as posing a significant risk to U.S. security and foreign policy.

Another software engineer, Xifei Huang (pronounced Huang), has worked at YouTube since February 2014. He previously worked as a developer at Beijing University.

Fan Yang (杨帆) has been a software engineer at YouTube since April 2017. Yang has worked as an intern at China Telecom. China Telecom was identified by the U.S. Department of Defense as having worked with the Chinese Communist Party military for more than 20 years.

Knowing the background of the YouTube software engineer and looking at YouTube’s ban on the dissemination of those election fraud allegations that challenged Biden’s victory, it is interesting to see if there is any connection between the two, according to National Pulse. The Chinese Communist Party would have preferred Biden’s election. In another similar incident, YouTube also automatically removed Chinese words critical of the CCP.
