President Trump’s personal attorney Giuliani told the media Friday (Dec. 11) that lawsuits over Democratic election fraud can continue in district court after the Supreme Court rejected Texas’ filings against four swing states. He said the court will have the courage to make a ruling. He also said only Trump has the courage to kill election fraud.
President Trump’s personal lawyer Giuliani spoke with Newsmax after the Supreme Court dismissed Texas’ lawsuit against four swing states on Friday. “The Supreme Court didn’t dismiss the Texas filing based on the case itself,” he said, so “lawsuits challenging elections can be filed in lower courts.” He told reporters, “The case could go to the district court right now and be filed by some electors on the same facts so that a hearing could be held.”
Giuliani said, “It would be worst if the court said they don’t want to get involved in this, they don’t want to hold hearings for us, they don’t want the American people to hear these facts.” But Giuliani stressed: “There’s nothing stopping us from immediately taking these cases to the district court, where the president certainly has standing to sue. Some electors have standing to intervene because their constitutional rights have been violated.”
Giuliani also noted, “This is a very, very serious mistake. If these facts [of the fraud] are not addressed, they will be scars that cannot be hidden from our history. These facts must be heard, they must be made public, someone must determine whether they are true or false, and the court will have the courage to make a decision.”
He said:- “If this election fraud is not snuffed out, this fraud will continue.” He added: “If we don’t step up to the plate, if we allow the big media, the big tech companies, the Democratic politicians and the Washington elite …… to have their way, election fraud will only get worse.”
Giuliani firmly stated, “This (fraud) has to stop. The only person I think who has the courage to stand up against it is Donald Trump.”
