Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced on the 9th, the nation’s 50 state attorneys general joined, for Google involved in the violation of the “Antitrust Act” investigation.
The election battle in the United States is moving deeper. Yesterday came the news that Texas led the way, and now seventeen states have followed suit in support of suing those four swing states – Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin – that are deeply involved in fraud suspicions to the Supreme Court, saying in the hundreds of pages of the indictment: “These states have used the coronavirus pandemic as a pretext to illegally changed election rules through executive orders or friendly lawsuits against them, thereby undermining the integrity of the vote. By disregarding state and federal law, these states have compromised not only the integrity of the referendum in their states, but also the reputation of Texas and every state that legally elects …… We now ask the Supreme Court to intervene to correct this serious result.”
As soon as the matter was announced, it immediately caused an uproar: the left media either turned a blind eye to it, or verbally condemned it; the four states being sued were quick to issue a condemnation saying: “The Texas lawsuit is false and irresponsible; no witnesses testified to forge signatures; Texas Attorney General Paxton acted with a loss of integrity” and so on; and Georgetown University election law experts also said. “This is completely unprecedented that a state would sue another state in the Supreme Court for voting in error, something that has never happened before …… I don’t think the Supreme Court will take up the suit.”
Yet here’s what happened: just 12 hours after the indictment was launched, the Supreme Court added the lawsuit to its docket, indicating that the lawsuit was formally accepted, crossing the Dec. 8 safe harbor threshold for the election process in one fell swoop, leaving the expectation of a smooth electoral vote for Biden in those states on Dec. 14 clouded with doubt.
After the brave Texas cowboys made their mark, additional states that followed were Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia. Together, these red states in the middle of America are taking a solid step forward – integrity is the basis of governance, and say NO to election fraud!
The moves of Texas and a few other states are bold but perfectly reasonable and legal. Should some states in the Union reverse the entire election result by election fraud and let all of America take the blame? How else can the interests of the voters who elected honestly be placed? After all, the United States has only one president, but it relies on independent elections in all 50 states, and only by working together to maintain a fair electoral environment can we produce results that are acceptable to all of America. Therefore, the Supreme Court is bound to pay extra attention to the Texas lawsuit, which not only involves the fairness of the U.S. election, but also actually involves the consideration of the sovereign integrity of the country and avoiding the division of the United States.
Although, in recent days, the Trump team has faced a lot of bad luck, such as the main member of the lawyer team Giuliani infected with the new coronavirus and hospitalized, the four swing states refused to give up the certification of false election results and lost the district court case, the Biden team step by step to force the Palace, etc., but until the last step never give up lightly Trump team continues to take legal action channels, including yesterday, Trump and Pence himself also launched a joint lawsuit against Biden, He Jinli The Trump team continues to take legal action, including yesterday, Trump and Pence himself launched a joint lawsuit against Biden and He Jinli. The significance of these legal actions is very significant, if we can solve the election dispute in a peaceful legal battle way, we can avoid taking more drastic means such as issuing martial law, suspending habeas corpus, etc. Of course the prediction about taking drastic means has not been interrupted, and this is not a bad way to end the chaos.
On December 7, Trump said that there will be a lot of “big things” happening in the next few days, and it seems that these “big things” are happening, so let’s wait and see!
