Not many provincial capitals and sub-provincial cities in the country are younger than Wang Xiao, but there are, for example, Tan Zuojun, a member of the Standing Committee of the Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Dalian Municipal Party Committee, who was born in October 1968.
