Texas lawsuit cites statistician’s analysis: Biden’s chances of winning are almost zero

At present, the U.S. Supreme Court has accepted the Texas lawsuit accusing four swing states of unconstitutional elections, and several other red states have also announced their support. One of the statisticians analyzed that the probability of Biden winning these four swing states at the same time is almost zero.
Included in the Texas brief to the Supreme Court is a statement from statistician Charles J. Cicchetti. Cicchetti is a professor of economics at the University of Southern California and former associate director of the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
In the statement, Cicchetti gives the results of his analysis. Based on President Trump’s lead as of 3 a.m. on Nov. 4, 2020, Chichetti calculated that (absent cheating), the probability of Biden winning in all four of those swing states is less than one in a quadrillion (1 followed by 60 zeros), which is essentially equal to zero.

In a Dec. 9 report, attorney Cleta Mitchell said in an interview that the Trump campaign recently launched a lawsuit in Georgia that has a factual basis for every allegation, including the discovery of tens of thousands of minors and thousands of felons who voted illegally.
The complaint, filed Dec. 4, runs to 1,585 pages, a significant portion of which points to the existence of a large number of illegal votes in the state, according to Mitchell’s disclosure. For example: 2,560 felons voted; 66,247 “voters” were found to be minors after an investigation; 2,423 people who were not registered voted; 4,926 people registered in other states voted in Joe; 395 voters voted in two states; and 15,700 ballots were cast from people who moved out of state before the election; 40,279 ballots from people who moved to a new county but had not yet re-registered; and another 30,000 to 40,000 absentee ballots that were not properly matched and certified with signatures.
Mitchell noted that the above violations were serious enough to require the court to order a new presidential election or to order the legislature to set aside the ballots and elect a presidential elector for the state.

A U.S. Postal Service whistleblower said Dec. 8 that he was interviewed by federal agents and described the process as an interrogation.
Jesse Morgan, a truck driver for a Postal Service subcontractor, revealed on “War Room: Pandemic” on Dec. 8 that he was interviewed by FBI agents and U.S. Postal Service law enforcement officials.
Morgan said he was essentially “interrogated.
“I understood that they were doing their job, so I told them what I saw, what happened to me and what I did. But that’s not what they wanted to do, not to focus on the (fraudulent) images, they wanted to focus on that and try to find out how I got on TV. It’s really sad, to be honest.” He said.
Morgan said that during the questioning, one of the agents “got my words mixed up or didn’t understand what I was saying.”
“I provided this information, and then what they wanted to do, instead of investigating the information I provided, they went and started harassing my family and started asking my family how I got here, or whatever.”
Morgan said he felt the FBI didn’t seem interested in finding out what really happened with the truck and the ballot. He tweeted, “I gave the FBI information about my trailer full of ballots and then all they want to do is instead of investigating that information, they go and start harassing my family!”
Giuliani discharged from hospital claiming to be 10 years younger, drug use revealed
Former New York Mayor and Trump’s personal lawyer Giuliani recovered from a Communist virus infection and was released from the hospital after just four days of treatment.
The 76-year-old Giuliani was discharged from the hospital in the afternoon of Dec. 9, and he gave a compliment to the reporters waiting outside the hospital. Giuliani revealed to the outside world that he received the same treatment as President Trump.
He wrote in a tweet that the “remdesivir” treatment was a (apparent) miracle treatment and I “feel 10 years younger”!
The government is urging the investigation of election fraud more than 20 lawmakers want Barr to appoint a special prosecutor
More than 20 Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives sent a letter to President Trump on Wednesday (9) urging him to instruct Attorney General William Barr to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate irregularities in the November presidential election, according to U.S. media reports.
The letter to Trump was sent on Wednesday morning. The letter begins, “I am requesting that you direct Attorney General Barr to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate irregularities in the 2020 election.”
The letter continues, “The American people deserve this result: that the uncertainty surrounding the outcome of our election is finally resolved. But legitimate questions raised about voter fraud remain unanswered.”
The letter also states that the Justice Department under Barr has not taken sufficient action to address the issue.
Twenty-seven Republican House members have signed the letter, including Texas Representatives Lance Gooden and Rouie Gohmert, Arizona Representative Paul Gosar, Kentucky Representative Thomas Massie, and North Carolina Representative Ted Budd.
The letter is modeled after an almost identical letter that Gooden sent alone last week. A spokesman for Gooden’s office said the new letter was the result of “strong support” from Gooden’s Republican colleagues.
Joe State holds special session with difficulty talk show host reveals why
President Trump’s supporters hold a “Stop Vote Stealing” protest outside the Georgia State Capitol on Nov. 21.
On Dec. 8, a radio host revealed that Georgia’s Republican lawmakers were too worried about retaliation from Democrats and far-left thugs to take further action.
Conservative radio talk show host John Fredericks revealed on Steve Bannon’s “War Room” Tuesday that he has received information that Georgia Republicans fear retaliation for bypassing Governor Brian Kemp to call a special session, especially from leftist extremists. They are particularly concerned about harassment from leftist extremists. They believe that if they do so, Antifa and the Black Lives Matter (BLM) will riot in Atlanta.
To counter the influence of the leftist media in the state of Georgia, Fredericks moved to Georgia and started an online newspaper, The Georgia Star News. He said Georgia legislators were asked to sign a petition that would allow them to bypass Kemp and call a special session to review election fraud in the state, but the legislators were intimidated by the left.
Fredericks noted that to hold a special session, Republicans would need 91 votes in the House, but they have not yet reached that level, in part because the House leadership does not want to attend a special session.
Fredericks further revealed that President Trump also called the Joe State House Speaker and Speaker Pro Tempore directly, urging them to obtain the 91 votes needed to call a special session.
Fredericks said that they are now working hard to get, with 106 Republicans in the state House, only 91 need to agree; while 29 of the 34 Republicans in the state Senate need to agree. So, all the Trump camp needs now is the Republican vote, and it doesn’t even need to get all Republicans to agree to call a special session.

U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday (Dec. 9) sent out a number of tweets saying that everyone will soon understand the word “courage” to save America, and he also questioned election fraud.
“We will soon understand the word ‘courage’ and save our country. I received hundreds of more legitimate votes than my opponent in all the swing states. All of the post-poll numbers show that unless it was tampered with, there is no way I could have lost the election! If anyone cheated in the election, it was my opponent.” Trump wrote.
“No candidate has ever won both Florida and Ohio only to lose the general election. I won both of their states and by a lot!” Trump wrote in a tweet.
“If someone cheated in the election – and the Democrats did cheat – why not overturn the results immediately? How can a country be run like this?” Trump questioned.
