Trump’s Supreme Court battle heats up, 17 states across the U.S. respond
On Tuesday (8), Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court against the four swing states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Willinois for unconstitutional government elections.
On Wednesday, 17 states where President Trump had already won the election responded to Texas by supporting Ken Paxton’s lawsuit filed with the high court.
The 17 states supporting the lawsuit to the Supreme Court are Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia.
Ken Paxton on Tuesday asked the Supreme Court that it should invalidate the sweeping results in the four swing states and also asked it to extend the Dec. 14 deadline for the U.S. Electoral College vote results.

Trump tweeted on Wednesday, “We will intervene in the Texas (and many other states) case.
Trump said, “Our country needs a victory! The case everyone is waiting for is the one in Texas and many other states. This is very strong and meets all the criteria. How can you (Biden) be president when the vast majority of people think the election is rigged?
Trump also noted, “No candidate in history has ever won both Florida and Ohio and lost the general election. I won both, by a lot! #SupremeCourt.
U.S. intelligence lawmakers caught in Chinese Communist beauty ploy, Pelosi questioned
U.S. House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) questioned Democratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Wednesday (Dec. 9) about why someone like Eric Swalwell was allowed into the top U.S. intelligence agency.
Fang Fang, a female Chinese Communist Party operative, has infiltrated deep into California Democratic Party circles.
According to a report by Axios, the Chinese Communist Party agent Fang (aka Christine Fang) has had an affair with a number of Democratic Party politicians, the most talked about of which is now senior Democratic Congressman Eric Swalwell.
Swalwell, who Fang met in 2012 when he was a young, unknown city councilman with “big political aspirations,” helped him rise to prominence by raising money for his campaign on several occasions.
On his show Tuesday (8), Fox News host Tucker Carlson said U.S. intelligence agencies believe there was a sexual relationship between Swalwell and Chinese Communist spy Fang Fang. But Swalwell himself and his office refused to answer the question.

McCarthy accused Swalwell of focusing primarily on netting President Trump’s charges instead of keeping America safe from the Chinese Communist Party, and that “what we’re hearing is just the tip of the iceberg.
McCarthy said, “(The CCP) helped a city council member (Swalwell) become a member of Congress, and that person joined the intelligence committee, which was selected by the party’s leader, Nancy Pelosi, who, like me, was a member of the ‘Gang of Eight’ ( Gang of Eight, the eight members of Congress who hear classified intelligence from the power core).”
He also previously posted that “Rep. Swalwell has long been unqualified to serve on the Intelligence Committee. For years, he has been peddling disinformation about Russia for political gain. Now, according to reports, we have discovered that he collected information for Chinese Communist spies. Swalwell is a negative asset to national security.”
Swoffel is a vocal opponent of President Trump, has repeatedly stated in public that he is convinced that Trump is a “Russian spy” and has been active in the case to impeach President Trump. President Trump’s son Donald Trump Jr. said the Communist spy case meant Swoffell himself was a “threat to U.S. national security” and that “[he] was sleeping with a Communist spy.
Axios reports that Fang quickly broke into a nationwide network of politicians and became a socialite in California Democratic political circles, where she met several prominent Democrats and developed sexual or romantic relationships with at least two mayors over a three-year period.
Previously, California’s other senior Democratic senator, Dianne Feinstein, employed a Chinese spy in her office for nearly 20 years. That spy drove Feinstein around.
And the spy, Fang Fang, gained access to Swalwell’s office in Washington. U.S. officials say Fang managed to plant an intern in Swalwell’s office who was almost certainly a Chinese Communist spy.
Around 2015, U.S. intelligence briefed Swalwell on Fang’s suspicious behavior, and Swalwell severed all ties with Fang, but he remained on the intelligence committee and Fang was able to pull out and return home before the FBI captured him.
Oil pipe will delete references to “election fraud”, lawmakers: Section 230 should be repealed
Google’s YouTube announced Tuesday (Dec. 8) that they will remove all content alleging widespread fraud, or that it wrongly changed the outcome of the 2020 U.S. presidential election. It also said it would “direct” people to “authoritative information” provided by news organizations such as ABC, CBS, NBC or CNN. U.S. lawmakers are calling for the repeal of Section 230.
Citing the December 8 presidential election “safe period” deadline, the San Bruno, California-based oil pipeline company said, “We will begin removing any article uploaded today (or any time after) that alleges widespread fraud or wrongly changes the outcome of the 2020 U.S. presidential election. The content of the 2020 U.S. presidential election results …… This is consistent with our approach to previous U.S. presidential elections.”
The oil pipe added, “We will begin enforcing this policy today and will ramp it up in the coming weeks.”
News organizations such as ABC, CBS, NBC or CNN, on the other hand, have been overwhelmingly pro-Democrat, not mentioning election fraud at all, not reporting evidence of election fraud, and not reporting on Biden’s son’s ties to the Chinese Communist Party and Biden’s scandal with Ukraine, among other things.
Some lawmakers have said that numerous examples confirm that social media and technology companies are practicing speech censorship and should not be protected by the federal 230 law provision.
Wen Zhaoge, host of “Wen Zhaoge on the Past and Present,” pointed out that it is not clear which law provides for a “safe harbor” period after which people’s speech can be restricted. “If this kind of behavior becomes tolerable, then why not the people’s uprising?”
Pennsylvania governor diagnosed with Chinese Communist virus, quarantined at home
Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, a Democrat, said Wednesday (Dec. 9) that he tested positive for the Chinese Communist virus (COVID-19).
He issued a statement Wednesday announcing his diagnosis, having just been routinely tested for the CCP virus on Tuesday (8).
