U.S. President Donald Trump continues to wage a legal battle to the Supreme Court, state (9th) the war is heating up, 17 states across the U.S. in response to Texas, filed a lawsuit to the Supreme Court against the four swing state elections for unconstitutionality, working together to flip the election results.
On Tuesday (8th), Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit directly with the U.S. Supreme Court, accusing Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan and Wisconsin of unconstitutional government elections.
The 17 states that Trump won in the presidential election on Wednesday responded to Texas by supporting the lawsuit filed by Ken Paxton in the Supreme Court.
The 17 states supporting the Supreme Court case are: Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia.
Ken Paxton on Tuesday asked the Supreme Court that it should invalidate the landslide results in the four swing states, and also asked the Supreme Court to extend the Dec. 14 deadline for U.S. Electoral College results.
On Wednesday, President Donald Trump announced that he would intervene in the case in his personal capacity (i.e., as a presidential candidate).
