British Prime Minister released wedding photos

British Prime Minister Johnson and his wife, Carrie Symonds, released a photo taken on May 29 when they got married on May 30.

In the photo, taken in the garden of the Prime Minister’s residence at 10 Downing Street, the newlyweds look at each other with smiles on their faces. Simmonds wore a white dress and a white wreath on her head. Johnson chose a formal suit as his dress, with a white shirt, blue tie and a white rose in his breast pocket.

A spokesman for the British prime minister said in a statement, “The prime minister and Ms. Symonds were married in a small ceremony at Westminster Abbey on May 29. The couple will be celebrating again next summer with their family and friends in a ceremony.”

According to media sources, Johnson and Symonds have sent out invitations to set their wedding for July 30, 2022.

Johnson is the first British prime minister to marry in office since Robert Jenkinson. Robert Jenkinson, the second Earl of Liverpool, was married in office in 1822.
