At the Nevada hearing, Trump’s legal team presented the court with evidence of election fraud, including details of dead people voting, out-of-state voting, duplicate voting, and tens of thousands of “illegal ballots”. Trump’s team also said that more than 130,000 signatures on ballots in the state, verified only by machines, violated Nevada’s election laws.
During the Nevada hearings, testimony indicated that during the early voting phase, USB flash drives that stored votes were changed several times during the night, but no record of the votes was logged in. In addition, witnesses exposed violations by the USPS, including preventing witnesses from testifying and failing to open voting machines for verification as ordered by the judge.
Nevada’s Trump legal team has expressed hope that the court ruling will prevent Nevada from certifying its electoral votes to Biden. As more evidence emerges, Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks said Thursday he will oppose the electoral college’s certification of Biden. He said that a double-digit number of House members have now said they will not support electoral votes in states where the election process is fraudulent.
Many analysts have pointed to Trump’s higher-than-ever percentage of the vote, a record for a Republican presidential candidate. A newly released survey indicated that strong evangelicals turned out in a record 99% of the vote in this election, with about 97% of them supporting Trump. This means that more than 22.3 million committed evangelicals voted for President Trump.
The following are live updates on the U.S. election.
Michigan Judge Orders Inspection of Dominion Voting Machines
A Michigan judge ordered a forensic examination of Antrim County election machines and prohibited the destruction of evidence related to the 2020 election, NYPD’s 40th police commissioner Bernard Kerik tweeted Friday night.
Trump attorney and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani later tweeted that it was a big victory for honest elections.
“A big victory for honest elections.
A judge in Antrim County, Michigan ordered a forensic examination of 22 Dominion voting machines.
This is where the untrustworthy Dominion machines transferred 6,000 votes for Trump to Biden.
There are Dominion (stealing) large numbers of (Trump) votes all over the United States.”
President Trump and the First Lady at Saturday’s rally in Joe
President Trump retweeted a message from the Trump campaign Friday evening and said, “See you tomorrow night at 7:00 pm in Valdosta, Georgia!”
Trump will join First Lady Melania at a rally Saturday night in Valdosta, Georgia, in support of two Georgia Republican members running for two Senate seats in Congress, David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler.
Trump Administration Issues Sanctions Against Chinese Communist Officials Who Engage in Malign Influence Activities
U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced on Dec. 4 that visa restrictions will be imposed on Communist Party of China (CPC) officials who engage in activities that are harmful to foreign influence.
In a tweet Friday, Pompeo wrote that the State Department may now deny entry into the United States to officials of the Communist regime’s United Front Work Department (UFWD).
“Today, I announced visa restrictions on officials of the United Front Department who engage in malicious activities to cage and coerce those who oppose Beijing’s policies. We call on the People’s Republic of China to stop using coercion to suppress freedom of speech.”
“The Donald Trump Administration has made it clear – the threat posed by Communist China to freedom and democracy around the world is real, and the United States must meet this once-in-a-lifetime challenge.”
The following is a Chinese translation of the full State Department statement.
U.S. Imposes Sanctions on PRC Officials Engaging in Coercive Influencing Activities
Press Statement
Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo
December 4, 2020
The Chinese Communist Party has long sought to spread Marxist-Leninist ideology and influence around the world. The Communist Party’s united front department funds and supports overseas organizations to spread propaganda, intimidate, and bully those who oppose Beijing’s policies. The united front frequently intimidated members of academia, businesses, civil society groups, and the overseas Chinese community, including members of ethnic and religious minorities who opposed serious human rights abuses in Xinjiang, Tibet, and other parts of the country. Coercive tactics targeted individuals perceived to run counter to the CCP’s interests. These tactics include posting personal details of targeted individuals and even family members online for the purpose of political intimidation.
Today, I exercise my authority under INA Section 212(a)(3)(C) to impose visa restrictions on Chinese and Communist Party officials or individuals who engage in such activities, or who participate in activities of United Front components, using or threatening physical violence, theft and publication of private information, espionage, sabotage, or otherwise violating the law in the conduct of domestic political affairs, academic freedom, personal privacy, or commercial activities. Malicious Interventions. These malicious activities are designed to motivate and strengthen local leaders, Chinese communities abroad, academics, and other civil society groups in the United States and other countries to promote the authoritarian rhetoric and policy preferences of the Chinese Communist Party. I will continue to enforce such visa restrictions to make it clear that the United States does not welcome those who violate rules based on international order.
The United States calls on the People’s Republic of China to cease its use of coercion and intimidation to suppress freedom of expression. The United States will continue to review its authorities to address such concerns.
Joe Video: Ballots Scanned in Suitcase as Biden’s Vote Count Soars
Jenna Ellis, an attorney on Trump’s legal team, sent a picture and form Friday afternoon with the following message.
“Take a look at this photo from the Georgia tape…Start scanning the suitcase for ballot quotas at the same time as the huge spike in Biden’s vote count. Cheating!”
Surveillance footage from an election counting center shown at a hearing in Georgia early Thursday (Dec. 3) shows that after staff were asked to leave, individual officers remained, pulling suitcases full of ballots out from under the tables and continuing to count them.
Bernard Kerik, the 40th police commissioner of the New York City Police Department, tweeted, “Mathematically, such a spike would have been impossible without cheating and would have fallen in the exact same timeframe that the new ballots were being scanned.”
Linwood: Support for the freedom-hungry Chinese
In response to attorney Linwood’s comments about China’s infringement of U.S. interests and interference in the election, a commenter said, “It’s the Communists, sir! Not China, not the Chinese.” “China and the Chinese people are suffering greatly!”
Linwood replied, “I agree. The Chinese people are victims of communism. The United States will not allow it to exist on our soil. American patriots support the Chinese citizens who desire freedom.”
Kawakami: Fake news manipulation of the media is worse than the election
President Trump tweeted on Friday afternoon.
“The only thing worse than the manipulation of the 2020 presidential election is the media, which is suppressed by fake news. No matter how big or important a story is, if it’s slightly positive for “us” and slightly negative for “them,” it doesn’t get reported!”
President Trump’s comments come as a result of his disappointment that the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) introduced this morning did not include a bill to end Section 230, which allows social media to delete and flag posts that do not conform to his views, without any restrictions.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham also commented, “I support President Donald Trump’s insistence on repealing Section 230, which is part of the National Defense Authorization Act. High-tech companies are the only industry in the United States that cannot be prosecuted for their business practices and is not effectively regulated. This must end.”
Graham added, “We have the Department of Defense to protect our freedom, but if we don’t change Section 230, our freedom is at risk.”
Senator Josh Hawley tweeted on the matter.
“The National Defense Authorization Act does not reform Section 230 in any way, but includes Elizabeth Warren’s social engineering amendment to unilaterally rename bases and war memorials without any public involvement or process. I cannot support that.”
Trump Lawyer Ellis: It’s Never Too Late to Do the Right Thing
Team Trump attorney Jenna Ellis tweeted Friday morning that it’s never too late to do the right thing and was calling for all legal votes to be counted.
“It’s never too late to do the right thing. Count all legal votes.”
“Any honest person who can look at the testimony of all these witnesses from six states (how many laws were ignored and broken, and the Georgia video) cannot conclude that this is how we as a nation accept the results of wrongful certification.”
Michigan GOP: Secretary of State tries to delete election data
On Friday (December 4), the Michigan Republican Party expressed concern about a memo sent by Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, which “is pushing for a mass deletion of election data. The memo “is pushing for a mass deletion of election data.
They said Benson’s office told Michigan county clerks to “delete electronic poll book software and related files” amid calls for the state to audit the vote count.
They may be referring to a memo issued by the Michigan Department of Elections on Dec. 1. The memo was overseen by Benson’s office. It states, “The (electronic poll book) software and related files must be deleted from all devices by the seventh calendar day, after completion of the final election and certification of the election (Nov. 30, 2020), unless a recount petition has been filed and a recount has not been completed; a post-election audit is planned but has not been completed; a court or the secretary of state issues a data deletion injunction. “
The memo refers to electronic poll book software and files used on laptops and USB drives during elections.
However, the Republican Party is concerned about the memo and the deletion of the data.
In a statement Friday, Michigan Republican Party Chair Laura Cox said, “In the midst of a bipartisan call for an audit, Secretary of State Benson’s move to request the deletion of election data is just another example of her putting partisan politics ahead of what’s best for Michigan.”
They noted that the audit was necessary because of alleged fraud in the state on a statewide basis.
Joe’s House of Representatives: election hearings to be held again next week
The Georgia House of Representatives said Friday (Dec. 4) that it will hold another hearing next week on fraud in the Nov. 3 presidential election. At yesterday’s (December 3) hearing, a surveillance video taken on election night showed what looked like a suitcase-like container of ballots being dragged out from under a table, allegedly without a poll watcher. The scene was very disturbing to the audience.
House Speaker David Ralston, a Republican, said in response to a request from President Donald Trump’s (Trump) team at Thursday’s hearing, “It’s imperative that we ensure that we have a free and fair election so that people can have confidence and certainty in the outcome of the election.”
He said, “Therefore, I am asking Chairman Blackmon and his committee to take swift and aggressive action and follow the facts where they reach to ensure that Georgia voters’ votes are counted next January.” “Over the past year, I have been outspoken in expressing my concerns about election processes such as the bush primary and vote by mail, and I will continue to advocate for transparent and secure elections.”
As suggested by Trump’s lawyer, Ralston did not mention whether the Republican-led state House or state Senate would vote to take back its constitutional authority to elect its own electors.
Ralston’s office said the focus of the committee’s work next week will be to ensure the safety and efficiency of the January runoff election for two Senate seats.
Trump Signs Executive Order to Promote U.S. Government Use of Trusted AI
President Donald Trump (Trump) signed an executive order Thursday (Dec. 3) establishing guidelines for federal agencies to use artificial intelligence (AI) in government decision-making “to build public trust and confidence in the use of AI and to ensure that AI use protects privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties.”
In a press release, the White House said the president’s executive order underscores the Trump administration’s commitment “to accelerate the federal government’s adoption of AI, modernize the government, foster public trust in AI, and demonstrate world leadership in the use of trusted AI.”
In his order, Trump laid out nine principles for the government’s design, development, acquisition and use of AI, the White House said.
The order directs agencies to develop inventories of AI use cases across their departments and directs the White House to develop a roadmap to provide policy guidance for executive use.
Former Intelligence Official: Voting Machines Are Totalitarian Tools in a Democratic Jacket
A former senior intelligence official has investigated voting machines that influence elections for more than a decade. He shared his findings with The Epoch Times: totalitarian rulers built voting machines and cloaked them in the veneer of democracy.
“It’s unconventional warfare. It’s basically a 9/11 attack on the electoral system,” The former CIA official said. He is an expert on Latin American politics and counterterrorism.
His biggest concern is that leaky voting systems controlled by corrupt transnational organizations will undermine the rule of law and democratic systems that protect people’s freedoms and rights.
Such voting machines begin with the controversial politician Hugo Chávez. Chávez served as president of Venezuela from 1999 to 2013 before dying of cancer at the age of 58.
In the 15 years before his death, Chávez ran in four presidential elections, in 1998, 2000, 2006, and 2012. Of these, he won at least three referendums, in 1999, 2000, and 2004.
But over the past decade, his opponents and the free world have questioned all of his electoral victories, but none of the allegations against him have been substantiated by the judicial system.
The former CIA officer and his team discovered through their investigation that Chavez began focusing on the voting machines in 2003 to ensure his victory. At the time, more than 20 percent of Venezuelans signed a recall referendum to remove him from the presidency.
He said, “He (Chávez) began contacting a company called Indra, a Spanish company that was holding elections (in Venezuela).”
After figuring out that he couldn’t rig Indra’s voting machines, Chávez contacted Smartmatic, a company run by three Venezuelans – Antonio M. Mugica, Roger Piñate and Alfredo Alfredo Anzola founded the voting machine supplier in Venezuela in 1997 and subsequently registered it in Delaware in April 2000.
“Indra was disqualified and Smartmatic won the bid. So in the 2004 recall referendum, Smartmatic was responsible (for the count).” He said.
He sees that history repeating itself in the 2020 U.S. elections.
Joe “Defend the Senate Majority” rally in Texas, Pence to speak
On Friday (December 4), U.S. Vice President Mike Pence traveled to Georgia to campaign for the re-election of two Republican senators. The New Tang Dynasty and Epoch Times will broadcast live (with simultaneous Chinese translation).
Vice President Pence will visit the Atlanta metropolitan area and participate in the re-election rally of Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler in Savannah.
According to the Georgia Republican Party, the vice president will speak about the accomplishments of the Trump administration and the Republican Senate majority and emphasize the importance of fighting for conservative lawmakers. Joining Vice President Pence will be Senators David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, as well as Commissioner Bubba McDonald.
The event will be held at 810 L.P. Owens Drive. Doors will open at 12:30 p.m. and the event will begin at 14:30.
Currently, the Republicans have won 50 Senate seats in the new Congress and need one more to take control of the next Senate.
Perdue said in a Nov. 22 interview with Fox News, “These two seats …… are the last line of defense to defeat liberals and stop the Democrats from pushing socialism.”
Trump strategist: “High-tech company” turns into “Big Brother”
Steve Cortes, a senior strategy adviser to the Trump 2020 campaign, tweeted Friday morning that Twitter and other high-tech companies have become “Big Brother”.
“Twitter continues to use these condescending warnings and filters to censor my posts. ‘High tech companies’ became ‘Big Brother.’
I’ve also moved to Parler, which is a truly neutral platform. https://t.co/QoMpMbcibl pic.twitter.com/ZptTYTUvLF”
Giuliani: Thousands of ballots stolen in the middle of the night in Georgia would change everything
Trump attorney and former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani tweeted Friday morning that surveillance footage from the Georgia ballot-counting site changed everything, and that Trump would win the state while Biden was elected to nothing.
“The theft of thousands of ballots in the middle of the night in Georgia will change everything.
Watch this, Biden was elected to nothing.
It looks like Biden Democrats are robbing banks.
In five states, 800 witnesses have sworn to seeing the Democrats committing fraud.
The situation is changing.”
“‘Bank theft video’ would have changed the outcome in Georgia.
The state legislature has no choice but to exercise its power under Article II, Section (1) [2] of the U.S. Constitution and choose Trump’s voters.
More importantly, it seems to have to have the courage to do so.”
Powell’s lawyer opposes but still accepts pardon, Flynn explains why
Former U.S. National Security Adviser Michael Flynn was pardoned last week by Donald Trump, freeing him from a long-running lawsuit. In an interview with Fox Business on Thursday (Dec. 3), he said he was “pardoned” by President Donald Trump because he was persecuted at the highest level of politics.
During Thursday’s interview, Fox Business host Lou Dobbs mentioned that Sidney Powell, who has been a tireless advocate for General Flynn’s case, opposes her client’s freeing himself through a presidential pardon because Flynn is innocent. The moderator asked him why he had accepted the “pardon” “in silence”.
Flynn responded: “When my family and I, especially my wife and I, talked about it and prayed about it, we came to the conclusion that it was the right time (to accept the pardon). — the justice system that we are facing is not functioning properly.” That, he said, has become “very, very clear.”

Trump: defense bill does not include termination of Section 230, will be vetoed
President Trump sent a message Friday morning saying that the Senate did not include in the National Defense Act 230 provisions to end benefits to high-tech companies and that he would veto.
“It is very sad for our country that Senator Jim Inhofe does not appear to have included a provision to terminate Section 230 in the Defense Act. This is bad for our national security and the integrity of our elections. This is the last chance to get it done. I will veto (this defense bill)!”
Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996 provides legal protection to social media companies such as Twitter and Facebook. This provision gives social media companies immunity from being sued for content that appears on their platforms, or for the removal of portions of that content.
Twitter and Facebook were condemned by Republican members of Congress before the election for blocking reports that revealed the Biden and son’s overseas trading scandal. After the election, social media outlets linked to the mainstream media to unanimously support Biden’s claim that he won the election, and blocked or flagged links to comments and articles that supported Trump’s victory.
In another tweet on Friday, Trump said, “There is a provision in the National Defense Act for renaming or even desecrating national monuments in national parks. This is not what our country wants!”
In May 2020, Antifa and Black Lives Matter extremists in the United States began a campaign to remove some historical statues in the wake of demonstrations in Minneapolis over the death of George Floyd, a black man caused by police. President Trump and many conservatives have expressed strong opposition to this.
The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is the name of a series of U.S. federal laws that define the annual budget and spending of the U.S. Department of Defense. The first National Defense Authorization Act was passed in 1961. The U.S. Congress oversees the defense budget primarily through two annual acts: the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and the Appropriations Act.
Trump and Giuliani: Joe State Video Exposes Election Fraud
President Donald Trump (Trump) and his attorney Rudy Giuliani have both said that surveillance video aired at a hearing in Georgia shows that fraud took place in the state during the election.
Late Thursday night local time (Dec. 3), Trump tweeted, “Georgians were caught bringing in large numbers of ballots and putting them in the ‘voting’ machines.”
Giuliani also tweeted that “the tapes don’t lie.”
He said, “Fulton County (Fulton) Democrats stole the election and now there’s no doubt about it. Go watch the tapes!” He also called the tape “conclusive evidence (SMOKING GUN).”
On Thursday, Kawakami’s legal team showed a surveillance video of the Fulton County vote counting center, courtesy of the State Farm Arena, at a hearing of the Senate Judiciary Committee in Jo.
The team said a blonde woman with dreadlocks told workers to stop counting votes and told everyone to go home. But the video shows four election workers staying behind. They wait until everyone has left, then pull the suitcases of ballots from under the black cloth-covered tables and scan them, unsupervised.
Jenna Ellis, an attorney for the Trump campaign, said she was shocked to see the footage.
“Cleared at 10:30 p.m. Four people stayed.” Her tweet read, “Suitcases with millions of ballots were pulled out from under the table and (the ballots) were scanned. Fraud!!!”
U.S. Senator: Republican control of Senate is last line of defense against leftists
GOP Senator David Perdue urged voters Thursday (Dec. 3) to vote Republican in Georgia’s Jan. 5 runoff election for the U.S. Senate. He said Republican control of the Senate is the “last line of defense” against the radical leftist agenda.
Perdue will seek re-election in Georgia in a January runoff election. On Thursday, he said in an interview on Fox News’ “The Ingraham Angle” that “any Republican who thinks, ‘Oh, I’m going to sit at home and not vote,’ that’s a It’s not logical.” “We know what’s at stake. It’s the last line of defense against their (the Democrats’) radical liberal agenda, and once they do that (referring to advancing a radical agenda), there’s no turning back for us.”
There are 100 seats in the Senate, and 33 of the 35 seats up for re-election in 2020 have already been elected. So far, Republicans have a total of 50 seats and Democrats have 48 seats. Georgia will hold two runoff elections for the last two Senate seats on January 5 next year. This will determine whether the Republicans will remain in control of the Senate.
In the two races in Georgia, incumbent Republican U.S. Senator Perdue will compete with Democrat Jon Ossoff, while incumbent Republican U.S. Senator Kelly Loeffler will compete with Democrat Raphael Warnock.
Vice President Pence campaigned for the two Republican senators on Nov. 20 in Jo. According to the White House, President Trump will also campaign in the state on Dec. 5.
Trump: Allowing signature audits is the best way to ensure victory in Joe’s Senate race.
President Trump tweeted on Friday morning.
“The best way to ensure a victory for Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue is to allow signature verification in the presidential election, which will ensure (our victory in) Georgia (it will take very few votes, but it will be found that many votes were cast for me). Spirits would soar and everyone would rush out to vote! “
Translation of the full text of Trump’s most important speech at the White House
President Donald Trump gave a 46-minute speech at the White House on Wednesday (Dec. 2) and released a full video of the speech via social media Facebook. He began his speech by saying, “This may be the most important speech I’ve ever given.” He also said, “There is no higher duty as president than to defend the laws of the United States and the Constitution.”

Georgia Governor Calls for Audit Signatures
After a hearing in Georgia where all kinds of evidence of fraud was shocking, Gov. Brian Kemp called on Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to order an audit of ballot signatures.
Speaking on Fox News on Thursday (Dec. 3), Kemp said state law gives the Secretary of State the authority to audit or adjust election procedures if necessary. “I’ve called for a signature audit before,” he said, “and obviously under the law and the (state) constitution, the secretary of state has to order that, but he hasn’t done it. I think it should be done.”
“I’m calling (for a signature audit) again, and in the next 24 hours, hopefully we’ll see more from the hearing the Legislature had today and we can see how it goes from there,” Kemp said.
Nevada witness: votes tampered with at night
At a December 3 hearing in Carson City, Nevada, the Trump campaign provided eyewitness testimony from a witness who alleged that USB flash drives used to store election machine votes during early voting inexplicably changed votes several times during the night. The witness alleged that during early voting, the USB flash drive used to store the votes from the election machines inexplicably changed the vote count several times during the night.
According to Jesse Binnall, an attorney who presented evidence on behalf of the Trump team, the witness, whose name is blocked by a protective order, said that at the end of each day of voting, workers would collect vote counts from the machines and store them on the USB flash drives.
“What they do is they keep track of these flash drives coming in and going out, and the flash drives have a series of serial numbers,” Binnall said, “but a lot of times the flash drives log out with only one vote total on them. But the next morning, when they are logged back in during the voting period, they have a different number on them, sometimes more, sometimes less.”
“This means that numerically, in the dead of night, the number of votes on these machines increased and the logins disappeared.” He said.
The USB flash drives are not encrypted, and the voting machines are not password-protected, Binnar said.
“And they were connected to a laptop, which itself could have been compromised.” He added.
The allegation that the vote totals were tampered with was one of several allegations made by Binnall at the evidentiary hearing.
Net Security Expert: Open Software Source Authenticated Voters Restore Election Integrity
Voting system companies should make the source code of their election software available for public review and analysis to prevent voting systems from manipulating the election counting process, and voters should be authenticated when registering to vote to avoid election fraud, said cybersecurity expert Gary Miliefsky in a recent interview on the Epoch’s Crossroads program.
Milevsky is the executive producer of Cyber Defense Magazine and a founding member of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
He said in the interview that the voting software and hardware systems used in this year’s election are connected to the Internet, and the Federal Election Commission mandated in 2014 that election equipment must be disconnected from any Internet connection, including wireless networks. But this year’s election saw election equipment in at least 30 states update their software and its programs over the Internet.
President Trump has thousands of affidavits in his possession, and there is enough evidence of widespread fraud (in this election), said Milewski.
He said the counting process should not use any counting programs – the voting system should not be complex, it should be simple code, which is already dangerous. “The software is vulnerable to attack, and election equipment with voting software installed should not be connected to a network or allow direct access to anyone.”
Voting machine companies should make the source code of their voting software and their programs available to everyone so that people know how their software works; experts in the field, including mathematicians, computer scientists and cybersecurity experts, can also determine whether their software complies with regulations, according to Milewski.
Currently, election software throughout the United States is not available for public and expert review.
Senator: Legal Challenges to Elections Could Enhance Democracy
Republican Senator John Kennedy said that lawsuit challenges to election results “elevate democracy”. He also likened the issue of mail-in voting security to the question of whether Americans would trust the practice of sending out winning lottery tickets for money.
On December 3, Senator Kennedy told Fox News, “Everyone is entitled to their own opinion – this is America. He noted that the court challenge has created a furor in the media, among many Democrats, and among some Republicans. He said, “The president has every right to his own opinion about the election.”
He also said, “Secondly, he has every right to go to court and challenge the results of the election, and you have every right to challenge the results of the election. And that doesn’t diminish democracy, it enhances it.”
Kennedy, who was elected to the Senate in 2016, said that voting by mail is not inherently fraudulent, but rather fraudulent in nature.
“I think a lot of Americans look at it this way: they ask themselves, ‘If I won the Powerball lottery, would I send that ticket out to get my money?’ Or will you collect the money in person?” I think the answer is obvious ーーーthey’re going to get the money themselves.”
Nevada court presents massive amount of evidence of fraud, public solidarity outside the courtroom
On Thursday (December 3), people rallied outside the courthouse in Carson City, Nevada’s state capital, to demand that illegal ballots be excluded and that the election be fair, equitable and transparent. “Count every legal vote and eliminate all illegal votes,” is the most basic demand of the people for the election.
The hearing was the first time that evidence of election fraud in Nevada was made public in court, including more than 1,000 sworn testimonies from 12 explosive witnesses who witnessed election fraud firsthand. Plaintiffs’ attorney Jesse R. Binnall, speaking to reporters after the trial, said that the evidence presented to the court was what they wanted to present, and that it was “shocking evidence” of voter fraud and election irregularities.
The legal team said it hopes the court’s decision will prevent Nevada from certifying its electoral votes to Biden.
“We know there’s a long way to go, and we’re prepared. If we’re going to stand up for the integrity of the election, and we’re going to make sure that the president is elected by the electors, the legitimate electors, and not the thieves who produced the state, we have a long fight ahead of us. But today is a very good day to be able to take the tangible evidence of election fraud to court!” Attorney Jesse Binnall said.
According to the Nevada Republican Party’s announcement on Twitter, the evidence currently presented to the court by the legal team includes: 8,000 ballots with addresses that don’t exist at all, 15,000 ballots with addresses that are vacant lots or commercial addresses, 2,468 ballots where the voter has moved, 42,000 ballots that are duplicate ballots, 1,500 ballots where the voter is dead, nearly 20,000 ballots with addresses that are out-of-state, about 6,000 ballots with addresses Uninhabited, etc.
Congressman to oppose electoral college certification of Biden, supported by colleagues.
Alabama Rep. Mo Brooks told The Washington Times on Thursday that a double-digit number of House members now say they will not support electoral votes in states with fraudulent election procedures.
Congress will meet Jan. 6 to certify the presidential election results, but federal law gives individual members of the House and Senate the right to challenge the results.
Others who have expressed a willingness to consider this method include Ohio Republican Rep. Warren Davidson and a member of the House Freedom Caucus.
Brooks said he plans to oppose certifying Biden as elected because the evidence of voter fraud is “overwhelming.”
“If only the legitimate votes of eligible American voters were counted, Trump would win a majority of the electoral college votes and be re-elected president of the United States,” he said. He said.
He pointed to “systemic flaws” in the election system, including massive mail-in voting over several weeks and the failure of states to require voter IDs.
Speaking on the House floor Thursday, Brooks said it was his job to oppose on Jan. 6 the “electoral submissions of states with seriously flawed election systems.” “These states have seriously flawed election systems that make their votes unreliable, untrustworthy and unacceptable.”
Under the 12th Amendment, the House of Representatives will decide who the president is, while the Senate will decide who the vice president is.
If the House of Representatives were to make the final decision on the president, the House vote in this case would be different from the usual vote of members of Congress, and the vote would be cast by the state delegations. Each state delegation will have one vote, and the person who wins a majority of the state delegation votes will become president. The Republicans control at least 26 of the 50 state delegations, thus giving Trump an advantage in gaining a majority of votes and winning re-election.
Survey: 99% of Strong Evangelical Vote Almost All Vote for Trump
A national survey conducted the week after the election found an unprecedented 99% turnout among staunch evangelical Christians, 97% of whom voted for Trump.
A national survey conducted a week after the presidential election found an unprecedented 99 percent turnout among staunch evangelical Christians, with nearly all voting for President Donald Trump.
The strong support for Trump among staunch evangelical voters also helps explain why the public is so concerned about the widespread allegations of election fraud in the presidential election, according to George Barna, research director of the Center for Cultural Studies at Arizona Christian University.
In the survey, only 1 percent of staunch evangelical voters believed that the election and vote count were conducted honestly.
The survey results show that although these voters represent only 9% of the adult population, their high voter turnout resulted in them making up more than 14% of the voting population.
This equates to 23 million strong evangelical voters casting ballots, more than 22.3 million of which were cast for President Trump.
George Barna said that while staunch evangelical voters strongly supported Trump four years ago, the main reason was because they were so opposed to his Democratic opponent, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Trump’s performance in the Oval Office, however, has made them enthusiastic supporters of the president.
Nevada hearing: USPS obstructs witnesses, election equipment in doubt
Numerous election irregularities came to light during a December 3 hearing on “election fraud” in Nevada state court, including the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) preventing witnesses from testifying, dead people voting, questionable signature verification equipment, and failure to open voting machines for verification as ordered by a judge.
According to The National Pulse, testimony at the hearing revealed that nearly 8,000 of the addresses to which USPS employees were required to mail ballots were undeliverable, yet such ballots ended up being counted.
There were several key witnesses who could have testified against the situation, but USPS tried to prevent them from providing evidence.
The Kawakami team had said on December 2 that the process of reviewing ballots and reviewing voter registration information was obstructed by USPS, Nevada state and county officials.
A data expert testified that he analyzed 2 million files and found more than 100,000 cases of illegal ballots in Nevada, including 40,000 duplicate ballots and 1,500 dead ballots.
Matt Schlapp, chairman of the American Conservative Union, was quoted in the Washington Examiner (Dec. 2) as saying, “I have never seen illegal voting on the scale of Clark County in my political career. Happens in a modern, free state.”
Schlapp said that if you take out the illegal votes, Trump wins Nevada soundly.
Schlapp’s team found that the same problems in Nevada are occurring in other states as well. He said this is a time in America’s disgraceful history, and they have done the same dirty deeds in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, disenfranchising 73.3 million American voters, a human rights crisis.
“We need to expose election fraud immediately, or America will never accept this election,” He said.
Former CIA Official: Election Fraud or Big Conspiracy Involved
Gary Berntsen, a former CIA officer who has been involved in various counterterrorism operations, worries that the irregularities that occurred in the November election may have been part of a larger conspiracy.
He further alleges that some polling places in major cities may have stopped counting votes because those behind the scenes discovered they needed to produce more ballots to fill a bigger gap than they expected.
“If you wanted to steal an American election, what would you do? You’re going to go into swing states, (where you have) your Democrats, you’re going to target urban areas where you have the largest number of votes,” Berntsen told the Chronicle. The big cities.”
Congressman backs Trump: veto defense bill without ending Section 230
Republican Senator Mike Braun of Indiana said he supports President Donald Trump’s warning to veto the defense bill without ending Section 230. The president is currently trying to limit the immunity of giant Internet companies, which he accuses of imposing censorship and arbitrarily regulating what is posted online.
In an interview with Just The News, Braun said that Trump was right to insist that Section 230 of the National Defense Authorization Act must be eliminated. I think he would be justified in vetoing the bill if it didn’t include the deletion of those provisions,” he said.
Wisconsin Supreme Court Rejects Lawsuit, Trump Team Responds
The Wisconsin Supreme Court has dismissed a lawsuit by President Donald Trump’s legal team attempting to challenge the state’s election results, the state’s highest court justices ruled Thursday (Dec. 3) in a 4-3 decision that requires the Trump team to first file an appeal in circuit court.
In a lawsuit, Trump’s campaign claims that Wisconsin election officials violated the law because they improperly counted at least 170,140 ballots in which absentee voters were “bedridden” without first filing a written request to explain why they were so. The campaign also alleges other irregularities in the absentee ballot process.
U.S. Preacher: Leftists Against God’s Will, Trump Is President
The results of the 2020 U.S. presidential election are still not in. Gerald Flurry, a prominent evangelical Christian preacher, says that incumbent President Donald Trump will be re-elected and that the fraudulent actions of leftists are against the will of God.
According to Britain’s Daily Express, Flurry noted that the Biden presidency is “contrary to the prophecies of the Bible,” which contain many references to Trump and his presidency.
According to Fleury’s interpretation, these prophecies warn of an awakening, but the world ignores these warnings, which he believes are similar to those of the U.S. election.
Trump’s Big Speech: If you don’t eliminate fraud, there will be no America.
President Donald Trump delivered a 46-minute speech on social media on Wednesday (December 2), beginning with the words, “This may be the most important speech I ever give.
He stressed that he puts the interests of the United States first, not personal fame and fortune, and that those who cheat in elections are those who “want only their own power and money,” noting that he is doing what he can to ensure that Americans can have confidence in this year and all future elections.
Trump said that if you don’t eliminate fraud, there will be no America. He added that all the swing states had major irregularities or outright fraud, and that this year’s election was fraudulent on a scale unprecedented in history: “The media knows this, but they don’t want to report it. In fact they refused to cover it at all, or even cover it up.” He said.
“This election is a fraud and everybody knows it, I don’t mind losing an election, but I want to lose fair and square, what I can’t accept is that somebody stole the election and that’s why I fought, we had no choice.” Trump said.
