On May 14 and 15, a succession of outbreaks of CCP virus (Wuhan pneumonia) broke out in Yingkou City, Liaoning Province, with officials claiming there were five cases of indigenous confirmed cases and eight cases of indigenous asymptomatic infections, all related to a photography base. According to the Yingkou epidemic prevention and control department, between 00:00 and 19:00 on the 14th, there were 2 new confirmed local cases and 3 new local asymptomatic infections; between 00:00 and 19:00 on the 15th, there were 3 more confirmed local cases and 5 more local asymptomatic infections.
All of the confirmed cases are employees of the local “Golden Childhood Photography Base”, and all of the asymptomatic infections are related to this photography base. At the same time, these people are close contacts of Li Mouting and Lv Mou, who were diagnosed in Anhui on the 13th.
It is reported that Li Mouting and Lv Mou arrived in Anhui from outside the province before, stayed in Yingkou City Mackerel circle district for many hours, and many times between the Golden Childhood photography base (training place) and Xiongyue Town Aiju Jin Yang Hotel (temporary residence).
The video that came out online shows that at 10:30 p.m. on May 14, the citizens of the Mackerel circle area, both young and old are still waiting in line to do nucleic acid testing, and the line is too long to see the head. The official notification of Yingkou City on the 15th said that the first round of full nucleic acid testing has been completed in Mackerel Circle District, and the second round of full nucleic acid testing will be fully launched on the 16th.
Currently, Yingkou jurisdiction of the Gaijin City, Chen Tun Town, Yangdian Village, mackerel circle district Xiongyue Town, Yicheng community, peace community, station community, Beiguan community, happy community, victory village, Lihua Village, Liming Village, 9 places have been upgraded to medium risk areas. Mackerel circle area vehicles, personnel without special reasons, are not allowed to leave the area; really need to leave, need to hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 72 hours.
The Da Ji Yuan reporter learned from a store owner near Yangdian Village in Chen Tun Town, Gaijin City, that there is a confirmed case in Yangdian Village and the whole village has been sealed off and villagers are not allowed to go out.
The shopkeeper said, “We are very close to it (Yangdian Village), and we are not allowed to go out. Although some stores are open, but the streets are empty, I did not go out all day, open (store) also no customers.”
He also said that the locals have all finished nucleic acid testing on the 14th.

In addition, the involved Aiju Jingyang Hotel (Xiongyue Qinghua Park store) waiter revealed that the place is now an isolated hotel, not for business. The reporter also called two phones at Golden Childhood Photo Base to find out more about the situation, but no one answered.
