The Gateway Pundit reported on May 10 that leaked internal documents from Disney show that the far-left extremist policies and plans to take a stand and not shy away from political controversy have reached a fever pitch. Disney requires white employees to “listen empathetically to their black colleagues”, must “not question or debate the life experiences of their black colleagues”, and requires white employees to show solidarity with “eliminating police funding” and donate to black lives.
In the past year, Disney executives have elevated the ideology of critical race theory into a new corporate dogma, launching the Reinventing Tomorrow program, training employees on ‘systemic racism,’ ‘white privilege,’ ‘white fragility’ and ‘white saviors,’ and launching segregated ‘affinity groups’ at corporate headquarters.
Bob Iger, Disney’s executive chairman, now promises that the company “should take a stand” on political controversies and will no longer “shy away from politics.
