The results of the U.S. presidential vote count are still unclear, with Trump taking 214 electoral votes, temporarily trailing Biden’s 264. White House spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany predicted that Trump will win by at least 40,000 votes over Biden in Pennsylvania on the evening of the 4th, and she also questioned the strange results in Philadelphia.
The former New York mayor and Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani criticized that “the mail ballots may have come from Mars or Canada, or one person may have sent 100,000 ballots”, and he stressed that the Trump team will definitely file a lawsuit against the Democratic Party for voter fraud, in addition to filing a lawsuit in Pennsylvania, accusing the state of non-transparent invoicing.
According to Fox News, McInerney, who is also a senior adviser to Trump’s campaign, also said, “Philadelphia election officials forced scrutineers to stand in remote locations, making their scrutiny of the ballots a hindrance to the accuracy of the process. She bluntly stated that this lawsuit is about freedom, transparency, and observation of what is happening in Philadelphia, and that unfortunately we have yet to achieve those goals, “especially with Philadelphia’s history of very strange results.”
Although Pennsylvania and North Carolina, where Trump currently leads, may not be decided until the 6th, McInerney emphasized that the campaign is very confident that Trump can carry Pennsylvania by at least 40,000 votes; McInerney also believes that even if he doesn’t carry Arizona, Trump has a chance to win and “anything can happen”.
Among the five states remaining undecided in the U.S. election, assuming that Trump takes Pennsylvania (20 electoral votes), North Carolina (15), Georgia (16), and Alaska (3), Trump can only get 268 electoral votes in total, which is still unable to reach the 270 threshold to be elected, so Nevada (6), which is currently suspended from updating its vote count, will be the key to the election.
