On Wednesday, May 5, the American Greatness Fund, a Trump ally, announced the formation of the Election Integrity Coalition, chaired by Jenna Ellis, one of Trump’s former lawyers. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and former White House trade adviser Peter Navarro serve as honorary co-chairs of the group. The coalition began by assessing the electoral integrity of the six battleground states.

After Trump’s loss in the 2020 election, Ellis and other campaign lawyers filed a series of lawsuits challenging the integrity of specific battleground state elections won by Biden. Its website states that the Election Integrity Coalition supports “free and fair elections,” the “Constitution,” the “Electoral College,” the “plenary power of state legislatures to administer election laws,” and “God. and “the God-given right of the people to self-government.
The website describes the board of directors of the Election Integrity Coalition as including Bernard B. Kerik, a Trump supporter and retired New York police commissioner; Sebastian Gorka, who serves as deputy assistant to Trump on strategy; Michael Donnelly, an attorney and professor of constitutional law; and Donnelly, a former Trump supporter. Donnelly, a former special assistant to Trump’s legal team, and Mirna Tarraf.
The website said the Election Integrity Coalition will first assess the “electoral integrity” of eight states: Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin. Six of these states are among the most hotly contested battleground states in the 2020 election. Although government officials in these states declared Biden the winner, the uncovered cases of election fraud remain stormy to this day.
The Arizona Legislature, one of the battleground states, is currently auditing the state’s 2020 election. According to reports, the audit has already uncovered numerous problems.
