Small Ohio bar announces: No NBA games until James is evicted, gets response

The Gateway Pundit reported Saturday, April 24, that a bar in Cincinnati, Ohio, has announced that their bar will not show NBA games unless LeBron James is banished from the professional basketball league.

James has come under fire for threatening an Ohio police officer who fatally shot a black teenage girl who was attempting to stab someone. The Ohio basketball star tweeted, “You’re the next accountability,” with an hourglass emoji and a photo of the officer.

After James threatened the officer, Jay Linneman, owner of Linne’s Pub in Cincinnati’s west-side Delhi Township, wrote on his Facebook page, “People who want to watch an NBA game, please go elsewhere, not come to Linn’s Pub because we will not be showing NBA games until James is ejected from the NBA.”

The ban caught the attention of James, who quoted the message on Twitter and sarcastically said, “Holy shit! I was just about to go there to watch tonight’s game and get another drink! “
