Biden 100 days in power radical Democrats 6 priorities: filling the high court, amnesty for non-migr… Ban the electoral college

The Breitbart News reported Thursday that Democrats have proposed six radical initiatives in Biden’s first 100 days in office, stuffing the courts, amnesty for illegal immigrants, reparations for blacks, federalizing elections, elevating Washington, D.C., to statehood and banning the Electoral College.

Stuffing the Supreme Court

Initiatives to stuff the Supreme Court have not been attempted since 1937, but that changed on April 15. Several members of Congress introduced legislation that would add four seats to the court and create a 13-member Supreme Court.

On Friday (April 9), Biden signed an executive order anyway, creating a special commission to conduct a 180-day study of the additional Supreme Court seats. The Congressional Research Service (CRS) argues that Congress could expand the federal courts in harmony with the Constitution based on caseload, but “some argue that expanding the court with the intent of shaping its composition and obtaining more favorable trial outcomes for the president could raise constitutional issues.”

Amnesty for illegal immigrants

According to Breitbart News, the Biden administration released the “Amnesty and Cheap Labor Act” on Jan. 29, while saying it “will work together to advance a series of smaller amnesty bills. This week, a group of House and Senate Democrats sent a letter to Joe Biden to include amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants in the infrastructure package. In fact, diluting the American electorate with Democratic voters is the ultimate goal of amnesty.

Reparations for Black Slavery

The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday (April 14) approved H.R. 40, a bill that would appoint a commission to study reparations for slavery for black Americans.

Federalization of Elections Across the United States

The House of Representatives passed H.R. 1, the “For the People Act,” on March 3, which would finally federalize U.S. elections. Attorney Hans Anatol von Spakovsky, who served on the Federal Election Commission, said, “Everything that leftists want to reduce the integrity and security of the election process is in this bill.”

The For the People Act is feared to be difficult to pass in the Senate and may be reworked or broken up into several smaller bills.

Statehood in Washington, D.C., the capital

The House Oversight Committee voted 25-19 on Wednesday (April 14) to advance H.R. 51 to create statehood for Washington, D.C.

Legal scholars have dismissed the feasibility of statehood for Washington, D.C., without a constitutional amendment to the 23rd Amendment. The Office of Legal Counsel said in 2007 that it was unconstitutional, and the Justice Department under former President Reagan and former President Carter said the shift was unconstitutional. Nonetheless, Democrats moved forward.

Banning the Electoral College (Electoral College)

The Electoral College is also under attack. On Thursday, a resolution was introduced to repeal the weighting system that maintains equality among the vastly different populations of the United States when it comes to voting in presidential elections. Many radical Democrats have long sought to eliminate the Electoral College, and on the first day Democrats took control of the House in January 2019, Rep. Steve Cohen (R-Okla.) proposed killing the Electoral College. The reason is that Hillary had 2.8 million more votes than Trump, but the winner of the popular vote, Hillary, did not win the election because of the Electoral College effect.
