The Pentagon has confirmed that a series of images and video recordings taken by U.S. Navy personnel do show a UFO circling a U.S. Navy warship off the coast of California in 2019.

According to Mystery Wire and the Daily Mail, the photos were leaked by the U.S. Navy’s Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAP Task Force). The team is collecting relevant evidence and preparing to report to Congress before the June deadline.

Images obtained by producer Jeremy Corbell show ufo’s hovering over four destroyers, including the USS Kidd (DDG-100), in 2019. One of the images shows an object in the shape of a pyramid, while the others appear to be drones or balloons. Still, the U.S. Navy classified them as unidentified flying objects.

According to records, as soon as the USS Gideon spotted the flying objects that day, July 14, 2019, it went into silent mode and minimized communications to assess the possible threat level. She contacted the missile destroyer USS Rafael Peralta (DDG 115), which was also cruising nearby, and later several other destroyers noticed the strange bright lights.

Likewise, the destroyer USS John Finn (DDG 113) also noticed the activity of these flying objects and even saw red flashes by 10.03pm. At about 11.23pm, USS Peralta noticed a white light hovering on the flight deck. In addition to maintaining the hover, the flying object was also able to stow away at 16 knots.

A Pentagon spokesman confirmed that the films and photos were taken by Navy personnel, and that the “Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force” has included these events in its ongoing investigation. In fact, just a week ago, Navy Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Michael Gilday confessed to not knowing what those mysterious objects were that swarmed around four U.S. destroyers in July 2019. The investigation he led found that the flying objects were off California, chasing the destroyers for up to 100 nautical miles (about 185 kilometers).

Flight records show that as many as six of the mystery craft showed superior maneuverability to U.S. drones, swarming in swarms and hovering at 40 miles per hour (about 64 kilometers per hour) over the destroyers, which were approaching the sensitive Channel Islands training area.

When Gildy was asked if the Navy had identified the flying objects, he replied, “Not yet.” And that seems to rule out claims that they may have come from a secret U.S. military task force.

On the other hand, The War Zone reported in March that U.S. Navy warships deployed off Los Angeles were chased by a large group of mysterious flying objects at high speed. Shipboard records and eyewitness accounts indicate that their maneuverability is far superior to any known drones.
