60 years of Party service, 21 years as a rightist, and the tragic death of 11 family members. In 2009, Wu Zhibo, then 82 years old and former governor of Weixin County, Yunnan Province, publicly told the story of his miserable life under the “Party leadership”.
I. “Lack of class hatred means lack of party spirit”
After 1945, when the Chinese Communist Party was waging a war of political theft, Wu Zhibo was compelled by the student democracy movement instigated by the Chinese Communist Party to join the academic movement and the Communist Party’s peripheral organizations at Southwest United University and his school, Yunnan University, and in 1949 he joined the Chinese Communist Party. Communist Party’s governor of Weixin County, and was considered young and promising. However, the goal of the CCP revolution was not only to defeat the “counter-revolutionaries”, but in fact, it was also used to defeating the “revolutionaries” who had been used.
As Wu Zhibo recalls, the spirit of the agrarian reform was repeatedly conveyed by the Communist Party throughout the 1950s in meetings of cadres at the local and county levels in Yunnan Province: “Some people think that now that we are a nation and have power, we are ready to govern according to laws and decrees. The revolutionary tradition of fighting the landlords and dividing up the land cannot be lost, we have to fight to the flesh, and we have to see blood in the anti-rebellion and land reform. Rich peasants, how to mobilize the power of the poor and the peasants without killing the landlords? What do you call a big crackdown without creating hatred among three generations? How can we call it class struggle without bloodshed? How can we call it the dictatorship of the proletariat? The lack of class hatred is a lack of party spirit, a lack of acceptance of Mao Zedong Thought, a fundamental position problem.”
The CCP issued the Land Reform Law, ostensibly to reform the land according to the law, but in actual implementation it blatantly seized the text of the Land Reform Law and forcibly ordered cadres to study the Report on the Study of the Peasant Movement in Hunan. Similar rogue ways of ruling the country, such as demolition and relocation, suppression of religious beliefs, suppression of human rights lawyers, persecution of Falun Gong, etc., are still being performed today, shouting the slogan of following the rule of law and committing crimes.
Second, the whole family of 11 innocent people died tragically
Wu Zhi Bo’s family was a subsistence farmer with 3 mu of paddy land and 10 mu of dry land, and was forcibly classified as a landowner, after which the result was a disaster beyond imagination.
(1) The 71-year-old grandmother, Pu Sanmei, had her fingers wrapped in cotton, dipped in vegetable oil, and lit on fire, “lighting the lantern on the sky with ten fingers”, and fainted in a scream of pain. Four gangsters lifted her limbs and roasted her to death in public on a fire, then threw the remains of her body into a ditch in the mountains.
(2) (3) His father, Wu Shaokun, was the head of the taxation bureau in Kaiyuan, Jianshui and Zanyi counties, and the principal of the elementary school in Xuanwei County. He was arrested and tortured in Kunming prison in 1952, and died at the age of 44.
(4) (5) (6) Uncle Wu Shao ruggedly jumped off a cliff to his death after being tortured and beaten during the land reform; fourth uncle Wu Shao Yu jumped to his death from the fourth floor of a watchtower during the land reform; youngest uncle Wu Shao Huang, beaten during the land reform, twice fled to the mountains for refuge and died of starvation in the mountains.
(7) His son, Wu Xingya, born to his ex-wife, was left in the care of his stepmother, Wu Zhibo, in the township of Kunming’s factory entrance, where the nationwide massacre of the “Black Five” became popular during the Cultural Revolution, and his father, Wu Zhibo, was a far-right activist.
(8) (9) His father-in-law, Pu Engao, the father of his ex-wife and a self-made farmer, was imprisoned and criticized at the beginning of the agrarian reform, and after being severely injured, he committed suicide by swallowing opium pellets on a stretcher during his escort; his mother-in-law, Zhang Ermei, was forced to hang herself because she could not endure the torture during the agrarian reform and could not hand over her non-existent floating wealth.
(10) Ye Jialin, his aunt, was struggled and hanged during the land reform, and was forced to hand over the gold, silver and tobacco that did not exist. He lied that he had hidden it on the beam of the house, climbed up the beam and jumped to the stone floor to commit suicide.
(11) Wu Xingwen, the son of Wu Zhi Bo, who was married to Song Ru Fen of Banqiao Village in Mangbu Township, was 3 years old when he contracted pneumonia from a cold. The child’s mother, Song Rufen, was listed as an object of mass supervision because she was “married to a rightist”, so the child could not be taken to the hospital in time and died.
In the 1950s, before Wu Zhibo, the governor of Weixin County, was branded a rightist, he wanted to visit his hometown of Xuanwei, but to his surprise, the Communist Party flipped out and loudly reprimanded the loyalist: “Are you still attached to your landlord family? No!”
Third, when the regime was in hand, the Communist Party killed the donkey
In 2009, Wu Zhibo, 82, wrote: “To put it bluntly, the regime is in hand, the birds are out of the bows, and the donkey is killed.”
After the Chinese Communist Party stole the government, there was a “new sixteen-word policy” for the underground party, namely, “arrange for downgrading, control the use, digest locally, and gradually eliminate”. This “imperial sword” was undoubtedly a big guillotine for the “revolutionaries” who were gullible enough to join the boat of thieves.
In Yunnan, for example, the CCP replaced all the cadres of the underground party’s border columns from the party, government and military fronts with military cadres from the Second Field from 1952 onwards. The Chinese Communist Party called it “gun for shoulder”. This change, blood flowed into rivers, injustice everywhere.
According to Wu Zhibo’s account, the Chinese Communist Party forced the cadres of the border column of the Yunnan Underground Party, who had been stripped of their real power, to commit political crimes such as the “land-rich line” and “bandit armies”, and carried out political persecution of a dictatorial nature. In 1955, the secretary of the Weixin County Party Committee
In 1955, Jiang Xinze, a member of the underground party secretary of the Weixin County Committee, was branded a counterrevolutionary by the CCP for “eavesdropping on enemy stations. Yang Hongcan, a local Miao cadre trained by the CCP in Weixin and a prominent figure in the implementation of the CCP’s cooperative policy, was branded a “ragged landlord” and a “counter-revolutionary” in a flash during the campaign, and had all his family’s assets confiscated and spent 15 years in prison.
In 1954, Ma Yan, a young Hui girl from Zhaotong Bank in Yunnan Province, was spotted by the party stick of the deputy secretary of the county party committee and director of public security. When the public security chief was forced to marry her and was refused, he raped Ma Yan with a gun. During the anti-rightist struggle, the Chinese Communist Party finally found an opportunity to retaliate by classifying Ma Yan as a rightist and sending her to Daping Farm for reeducation through labor.
The scholar Fu Guoyong once expressed his opinion about the CCP’s dismantling of the donkey: “From the ‘Pan Hannian case’ and the ‘Hu Feng case’ to the ‘anti-rightist’ and to the They have been ‘digested’ and ‘eliminated’ almost to the point of ‘Cultural Revolution’. That was a generation of people who grew up in the 1940s during the student movement against the Japanese and the Kuomintang dictatorship, but the new heaven and new earth they ushered in with hope could not accommodate their simple enthusiasm and ideals, and they were abandoned by the savior and the new red dynasty as if they were nothing. Even if they were lucky enough to survive the long night of the ‘Cultural Revolution’, the best years of their lives had been exhausted, and history left them only with a deep, long and helpless sigh.”
V. Investigating the Truth about Starvation Deaths and Being Beaten to the Right
In 1955, when the Communist Party implemented the policy of unified grain purchase, only 350 pounds of rations were allowed for each person in Ma’s hometown in Weixin County, and many people were starved to death. In 1956, Wu Zhibo, the county governor, was ordered to visit and investigate, and some of the families told the truth, so the team concluded that 25 people had died of starvation. 1957, the Communist Party again sent someone to review the investigation, and the deputy secretary of the county party committee who raped the women and the director of public security was the team leader.
The deputy secretary of the county party committee loudly preached to the people of Ma’s hometown that the unified purchase and sale of grain “means to let the peasants take the road of socialism, not capitalism” and “take the road of common prosperity”, and then asked them, “Do you think the unified purchase and sale Is the policy good?” Who dared to say no to the ragged and thin-faced families of the dead? One by one, they braced themselves and said, “Yes, yes.” The deputy secretary asked, “Since it’s good, will the unified purchase and sale policy starve people to death?”
The family members looked at each other and said, “No! No!” The Chinese Communist Party asked people to bring paper and pencil, one by one, sign and put their fingerprints, threatening the families to write down that they died of “yellow swelling disease” or whatever disease. The result of the review was that none of the people in Ma’s hometown died of starvation, but all died of disease.
In 1957, the rectification of the wind against the right, the previous participation in the investigation of the starvation deaths in Ma’s hometown of many people were beaten to the right. Some people wrote a letter to Zhou Enlai, and as a result, they were elevated from “rightist” to “active counterrevolutionary” and sentenced to more than ten years in prison.
In March 1958, before the Great Leap Forward of the Communist Party of China, various places vowed to dig out the rightists who had been hiding deeply like “digging up yam eggs one by one”. Wu Zhibo was classified as a rightist, and one of the charges was that he “intentionally described people who died of illness in Ma’s hometown as having died of starvation”. Within a month, the county party chief, organization minister, propaganda minister, finance minister, secretary of the county party committee, prosecutor general were all branded as rightists, and half of the county party committee and administration became counter-revolutionaries. Some of them were branded as rightists just because they had criticized the wife of the deputy secretary of the county party committee and the director of public security.
After that, Wu Zhiber was sent to Yiliang County Daping Farm for reeducation through labor as a “far-right” person. 500 reeducated laborers were mainly rightists, and 3 years of labor reform, tying up and criticizing, and exposing each other became a compulsory course, and deaths were common, with 59 deaths in rough and incomplete statistics.
In 1979, 21 years later, the Chinese Communist Party removed the label of “rightist” from Wu Zhibo. At the so-called “vindication” conference, a Communist Party member admitted: “The starvation deaths in Ma’s hometown investigated by Comrade Wu Zhibo back then were completely true, saying that 25 people died of starvation, which was too few, and that more than 80 people actually died of starvation in two months.”
It was too late. How many 21 years in a person’s life can withstand this injustice? The dead relatives cannot be revived. The so-called “vindication” of the CCP is not a respect for life, nor is it a promotion of the rule of law and justice, but a game of deception and evil hypocrisy. After the “vindication”, the evil is still the same, but the victims are changed, and the average number of victims changes in ten years. Falsehood, evil and violence are the nature of the CCP, and bloodlust is the nature of the CCP.
Minghui.com reports that in 2021, more people in the system listened to the truth told by Falun Gong practitioners, saw the CCP clearly, and chose to “withdraw from the three retreats” (from the CCP party, league, and team organizations). The time for the disintegration of the CCP is getting closer and closer. For those who have not yet come to their senses, please seize the opportunity to disembark in time for the sake of yourself and your family, and stay away from the flooding beast that is the CCP.
