Recently, netizens posted a photo showing a red flag car with the license plate of the Joint Staff Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Military Committee driving directly onto the platform of the high-speed railway at the Beijing high-speed railway station, with netizens speculating that it was to send some big shot on the Harmony high-speed railway.
