A video clip of a Chinese Communist Party public security officer leaving his last words is circulating on overseas online social media platforms, drawing public attention. The video shows a man in a police uniform claiming to be a police officer in Henan province who was killed in retaliation for reporting corruption by a superior official, so he recorded a video leaving his last words to say goodbye to his family and friends.

On Monday (April 5), a “police farewell video” was posted on Twitter, attracting many netizens to watch. In the video clip, a middle-aged man wearing a police uniform, with a tired and disheveled look, talks about the dangerous situation he is facing in the local dialect.

He says he was discredited and retaliated against by the Neihuang County Public Security Bureau officials after he reported corruption in 2016. Last year, he felt unsafe and took sick leave to move to Zhengzhou to live, but still not out of danger.

According to Liu Guohu, on April 2 and 3 this year, he was followed by several cars and collided with them. Although he managed to escape death, he felt that his life was in serious danger, so he decided to record this “farewell” video. He revealed that, in the national fight against crime, the police in Neihuang “without regard to national law, premeditated murder”.

Liu Guohu also said that this is the first time he posted a video on the Internet, and may be the last time.

Liu Guohu did not disclose the specific identity of the official he reported in this video, and his own personal identity and the details of the incident he recounted are yet to be further verified. However, it is not uncommon in mainland China for public security bureau officials to be reported and then deliberately retaliate or even kill to silence them.

In late 2019, the land media exposed the thrilling episode of Zhao Liping, former head of the Inner Mongolia Public Security Bureau, who chased his mistress with a gun in order to silence her, the entire chase being comparable to a thriller. on May 26, 2017, Zhao Liping was executed for intentional homicide.
