Poll: 72% of Americans Support Voting with ID
A poll conducted by the University of Chicago’s National Center for Public Affairs Research (NORC Center) using a probability system randomly selected to represent the composition of the U.S. population shows that nearly three-quarters of Americans believe that voters should be required to show photo identification before casting a ballot.
Seventy-two percent of U.S. respondents to the March 26-29 survey said they favor requiring all voters to provide photo identification before casting a ballot. Another 14 percent of respondents said they neither supported nor opposed the measure, and only 13 percent opposed the requirement.
Ninety-one percent of respondents who identified themselves as Republicans said they supported it. However, 72% of independents, and even a majority of respondents who identify themselves as Democrats (56%), also rushed to support the requirement to provide identification in order to vote.

Filled with slavish reverence, Communist Party USA pledges allegiance to Communist China
New Zealand author, filmmaker and public speaker Trevor Loudon writes in the Epoch Times that this is now the 1930s all over again. The American Communist Party now holds the Chinese Communist Party in the same slavish reverence as it did Stalin and the mighty Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) back then. The Communist Party USA (CPUSA), once shamelessly subservient to the Soviet Communist Party, has now turned to the Chinese Communist Party to show its loyalty.
On March 10 of this year, a senior delegation from the CPUSA held an online meeting with senior Chinese Communist Party officials. As reported on the official website of the Communist Party USA, the International Department of the Communist Party USA (CPUSA) and the Foreign Liaison Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (the Liaison Department) “held a bilateral meeting to celebrate and discuss the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.”
On February 28, 2019, the CCLU organized a Wanshou Forum in Beijing on the theme “Building a Community of Human Destiny and the Development of World Socialism.” The speech of the U.S. Communist Party was originally prepared by Cambron, but due to illness, it was delivered by Aleena Starks from Ohio. “Thank you for inviting our party to participate in learning about the many important developments in your country. I bring greetings from the National Committee of our Party and wish you all the best in your endeavors to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.”
Between May 26 and June 3, 2018, then-US Communist Party Chairman John Bachtell and Carol Widom visited China and attended a conference to commemorate the 200th anniversary of Marx’s birth.
A number of American Communists worked in China to promote the Communist Party’s propaganda line. Their literature is reminiscent of the Western sycophants of the 1930s and their unabashed praise for the “great achievements” of the Soviet Union during the Stalinist era.

On October 14 and 15, 2017, Dylan Walker and Wadi’h Halabi, a comrade of the Boston CPUSA, attended the 8th World Socialism Forum in Beijing, hosted by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Forum. In an interview with the Global Times, a mouthpiece of the Chinese Communist Party, in the same month, Ng said that during his first visit to China in 2012, he was inspired by the ideas of former Chinese Communist leader Mao Zedong: “I think communism is the most advanced and ideal socio-political system. We just want to make sure that everyone has access to basic welfare and rights. …… When I first came to China, I purchased the English and Chinese versions of Chairman Mao’s Quotations. When I returned to the United States, I read it almost every day, I always had it with me in class, and I read it when I had time after class. If I hadn’t learned these quotations, I wouldn’t have joined the Communist Party of America, so Chairman Mao and the CCP have a special place in my heart ……
