Several members of the U.S. Congress say they are skeptical of the World health Organization’s (WHO) proposed traceability study of the Chinese Communist Party virus (COVID-19) to be released Tuesday (March 30) because the report’s conclusions are highly consistent with official Communist Party propaganda.
After the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) snatched the results of the traceability study to foreign diplomats in China last Friday (26), several U.S. media outlets revealed the draft contents of the joint report on Monday (29). The report defines the likelihood of the virus leaking from the Wuhan lab as “extremely low” and concludes that the virus is most likely to have been transmitted from a bat to a human through another animal or, most likely, through cold-chain Food.
The release of the report has been delayed from February to March.
The U.S. Congressman said that the joint WHO-CCP study on the traceability of the Chinese Communist virus is a joke, with WHO covering up for the Chinese Communist Party and exonerating it after the investigation with no answers, and questioning why the Biden administration is sending money to WHO.
Marco Rubio, a senior Republican U.S. senator who has long been concerned about human rights in China, tweeted, “Anyone willing to look into how the WHO investigated the traceability of the new coronavirus can be sure of one thing: The WHO was subjected to strict and disturbing controls by the Communist Party of China (CPC). China) under strict and troubling constraints.”
Republican U.S. Senator Rick Scott of Florida tweeted, “The CCP lied about the CCP virus, delaying the (U.S.) response to the outbreak, killing thousands of Americans and shutting down our economy. The U.S. cannot tolerate the CCP’s bad behavior and must hold them accountable for the damage and losses the U.S. has caused.”
Republicans on the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee’s report on the origins of the CCP virus pandemic and the assessment of CCP and WHO responsibilities released in 2020 reveals the CCP government’s concealment of information about the outbreak and WHO’s malfeasance in the early stages of the outbreak.
Congressman: WHO Helps Chinese Communist Party Cover Why U.S. Is Funding It
Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.), the House Republican Whip, tweeted, “What a joke. WHO asked China (CCP) to help write a report on the origins of the CCP virus (COVID-19). So it reads like this: excludes the Wuhan lab (leaked) and does not ask the Chinese to hand over data, while asking for further exploration of the origins.”
“The WHO is covering for China (the Chinese Communist Party). Why would Biden want the U.S. to fund (WHO)?” Scalise asked rhetorically.
Republican U.S. Rep. Jodey Arrington (R-Texas) said, “Over the past year, the WHO has covered up China’s (CCP) gross incompetence and corruption on the origins of the CCP virus. This report, co-authored by the WHO and China (CCP), is letting China (CCP) off the hook without providing any meaningful answers. Not surprising at all.”
Former White House Chief of Staff: report exempts Wuhan lab
Mark Meadows, former President Trump‘s (R-Texas) White House chief of staff, questioned, “Which who exactly did the report give immunity to? The Wuhan lab. China is the epicenter of the outbreak of the Chinese Communist virus (COVID-19). WHO is covering for them. The Biden Administration has so far failed to hold any party accountable.”
Jason Miller, a senior adviser to Trump, said, “(WHO) coordinated efforts to protect the Chinese (Communist) government, which is linked to the Chinese Communist virus. The WHO is nothing more than a front for the Chinese (Communist) government on the virus.”
Robert Redfield, director of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under former President Trump, told CNN March 26 that he believes the virus was created in a Wuhan laboratory and then leaked, but that the leak was not necessarily intentional.
As a virologist, he also explained why he thinks the idea that the virus was passed from animals to humans doesn’t make sense. This is because the current outbreak has been localized in Wuhan since September 2019 or October 2019, several months before the official Chinese Communist Party timeline.
Redfield has been the director of the CDC from 2018 to 2021, which means his tenure covers the period from the outbreak until this year when the Trump Administration leaves office, and he is a virologist by profession again.
And he has both qualifications – the only medical doctor in the world who both knows his specialty and has been at war with the Chinese Communist authorities. As a heavyweight, his early public rebuttal of the joint WHO and CCP report – denying the lab leak claim – has certainly shattered the only narrative of the CCP’s attempts on the origin of the virus.
