At 7 a.m. on March 24, a rollover accident occurred in the suburbs of Hailun City, Heilongjiang Province. A bus carrying 16 people overturned into a ditch, which has killed 5 people and injured 10 others. According to mainland media reports, the cause of the accident is suspected to be related to the driver’s improper operation.
According to the official notification of Heilongjiang Hailun City, March 24, 2021 at 7:00, the bus with license plate Black R83486 from the Northern Wilderness Agricultural Reclamation Group Hongguang Farm Co. The driver involved has now been arrested.
