A 13-year-old boy surnamed Shi in the Xizhou district of Chengdu, Sichuan, is suspected of having sex with seven underage girls in the district, with some victims claiming to have been pinned to the ground and made indecent gestures.
The Parents asked the security guards to check the CCTV and found it to be true. The police took the person involved away for investigation on Sunday (21) and the boy admitted to the crime.
