Huang Ling, a former police officer of the Hubei Provincial Prison Administration who was assigned to the Hubei Fire Equipment Factory, was dismissed from her job as a police officer in 1993 while on maternity leave on charges of “crowd gambling” by the disciplinary committee of the enterprise. She has been petitioning for 27 years to no avail. Today (March 22), Huang Ling came back to the Ministry of Justice in Beijing to ask for a case to be filed, again crying out in tears of disappointment.
Huang Ling told reporters that for ten years they (the Chinese Communist Party‘s Ministry of Justice) have not accepted my case in violation of the law and have turned her away. She asked the Supervisory Bureau of the Ministry of Justice to deal with the issue of my police officer’s public duties according to the law. She has a police rank and work permit, and they took a charge that the enterprise framed and forged an official state document to fire her. The enterprise fired her from her police official position, she sued here according to the national laws and regulations, they should be accepted according to the law.
At the same Time, a male police officer from Heilongjiang came to the Ministry of Justice to file a case, which was accepted by the CCP Ministry of Justice, but not Huang Ling’s case. “They (the Ministry of Justice) let me wander around Beijing for 10 years, and I couldn’t wait for justice, so I was wronged for 28 years.” Huang Ling said.
Huang Ling shouted at the entrance of the Ministry of Justice to Tang Yijun, the Communist Party’s minister of justice: “Minister Tang Yijun, you have been here for more than half a year, you should thoroughly investigate the corruption within the Ministry of Justice. Return us people a clean slate, according to the law to accept the people’s cases, the two sessions of the meeting is over, until now still not according to the law to deal with the people’s problems.”
Huang Ling said she would persist and ask the Ministry of Justice to open a case against her.

Police officer assigned to a company but dismissed from public service
Huang Ling was originally a prison police officer in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, who was on staff and on duty. She was assigned to a fire equipment factory in Hubei province, and was dismissed from the police force in 1993 for maternity leave, framed by the unit’s disciplinary committee on the charge of “crowd gambling. It was not until 2008 that she learned that there were three forged transcripts, and that the forgeries were clearly not her fingerprints or signature.
In 2010, she went to the Ministry of Justice in Beijing to file a complaint, and Wang Yong, the director of the Ministry of Justice, personally supervised the case for two years, but to no avail. She waited for a minister named Wu Aiying to receive her and told her to go Home and wait. As a result, the matter was also left unresolved.
For ten years, she shouted her grievances at the gate of the Ministry of Justice, but was turned away, leaving her in the dark for 28 years. Huang Ling said, “My Life was ruined by corrupt people!”
