China’s Communist Party is actively exercising vaccine diplomacy, and the IOC recently announced that it will provide Chinese vaccines for the Tokyo Olympics and the Beijing Winter Olympics, news of which once ignited a public outcry. Dr. Lin Xiaoxu, a former virology researcher at the U.S. Army Research Institute, said in an interview with Voice of Hope that the key issue is that the protective power of the Chinese vaccine does not fit the profile, and that the Chinese Communist Party‘s vaccine diplomacy has a sinister purpose.
Lin Xiaoxu said that the Chinese Communist Party is currently pushing two inactivated virus vaccines, Kexing and Sinopharm. Neither vaccine has been tested in Phase III clinical trials in mainland China, and the data are basically from trials done abroad. The vaccine produced by KeXing has failed to produce data in several countries, among which, the trial done in Brazil is the most problematic. The Phase III clinical trial done by the Butantan Institute in Brazil, which cooperated with the Chinese Communist Party, actually failed according to the conventional protection rate algorithm, and later adjusted the method to get a value of barely 50.3%, so to a certain extent it can be said to be a failure.
But of course, the official data are now adjusted to say that this is still effective, so it is in Brazil or strongly promoted. Of course, there are also local officials in Brazil who are very strong supporters of the Chinese Communist Party to promote the vaccine, this also has. So of course, the political factor is also very important here. So in general, the efficiency of the vaccine in Brazil is the least protective. The results of the phase III clinical trials done by Sinopharm’s vaccine in Peru were relatively poor. They used two different strains of the virus, one from Beijing and one from Wuhan, but overall the protection rates were exceptionally low. The Beijing strain was supposed to be 33%, while the Wuhan virus as the seed strain of the inactivated vaccine brought about a protection rate of only 11%, so in this case it actually means that the phase III clinical trial of the inactivated vaccine of Sinopharm in Peru was a failure.
However, the Chinese government and the two companies, KeXing and Sinopharm, did not announce the results and data to the public and started promoting the vaccine in China and abroad. Lin Xiaoxu said that since the CCP has joined the World health Organization’s COVAX program, the New Crown Pneumonia Vaccine Implementation Program, to promote the use of the vaccine worldwide. Therefore, as long as the WHO is biased toward the CCP, it will not come out and criticize the CCP’s practice. Moreover, China’s vaccination rate for these two vaccines is very low domestically, so some health officials from other countries have challenged that you, the Chinese Communist Party, might as well do more vaccination work in your own country, so that the international community can see more data after vaccination, and then come back to do foreign sales.
Of course, the Chinese Communist Party can’t wait now. It’s very important for the Chinese Communist Party to have a strong market, and it’s also very important for Chinese vaccine diplomacy to expand China’s influence. So for them, this is something that they have to implement regardless. So, of course, some organizations like the Olympic Committee are really infiltrated by the Chinese Communist Party, so they have approved the use of Chinese vaccines without even getting permission from Japan, the host country of the Olympic Games, so of course Japan is shocked.
Lin Xiaoxu emphasized that the CCP’s unscrupulous approach involves a key issue – the safety of vaccines. The fact that the domestic vaccines have been licensed for emergency use by the government before the actual clinical trials have begun is a very lax approach and is the reason why many Western countries do not accept the Chinese vaccines and therefore question and boycott the two Chinese vaccines.

It is believed that the Chinese Communist Party has been conducting vaccine diplomacy to increase the influence of domestic vaccines in Asia and around the world. The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs has even given notice to Hong Kong that visa applicants who have been vaccinated with Chinese-made vaccines do not need to provide accounting test reports and “past 14-day travel trajectory and health declaration forms” in order to pass a facilitated visa to China. Lin analyzed that this is just a propaganda and strategy of the CCP, however, it is very difficult to implement in concrete terms because Chinese vaccines are not licensed for vaccination by many countries. As for the CCP’s efforts to promote this domestic vaccine, Lin Xiaoxu analyzed that the CCP is taking this opportunity to launch its so-called health passport or Health Code for vaccination, which is a more direct and convenient tool for the CCP to control the whole society and international people to travel to and from China.
This is a more insidious purpose of the CCP, as it hopes that other countries will follow suit and turn this vaccination into a tool to control society. Of course, from the perspective of the so-called globalist reconstruction, there is no more convenient reason than an Epidemic, right? In this case, using the epidemic as a reason to control the movement of people in the international community and to get some information about people’s health, so as to change the whole social order and people’s habits, this is certainly a very convenient tool.
