Dai Guanghui, 58, has worked in Xinjiang’s public security system for 30 years. He has served as the director, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Public Security Bureau of Shache County in Xinjiang, member of the Standing Committee of the Shache County Party Committee, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Public Security Bureau, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and secretary of the Party Group of the People’s Congress of Yecheng County in Xinjiang, deputy chief of the General Security Management Team of the Xinjiang Public Security Department, member of the Kashgar Local Committee, secretary of the Party Committee and director of the Public Security Bureau, and member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the Xinjiang Public Security Department.
In September 2017, Dai Guanghui became deputy secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Xinjiang Party Committee. he was removed from his post in September 2020.
