According to official media reports, on March 13, Jiashan County Public Security Bureau released news that a major criminal case occurred in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, with 5 dead and 1 injured. At about 19:00 that night, the public security authorities arrested the suspect Jiang Moutao (male, 33 years old, a native of Jixi, Heilongjiang Province) in Tianjin.
According to reports, the incident occurred in Jiashan County Weitang street Zhuanggang community thatched garden district.
