Shocker! U.S. election involved 150 counts of election fraud, a U.S. judge and others arrested

The state of Texas has indicted and arrested people suspected of organized election fraud, including, in particular, top officials in the justice system, tearing open a corner of the iron curtain on the controversial 2020 election. The photo shows a voting sign in the 2020 U.S. election.

A Texas magistrate judge has been arrested along with three others on a staggering 150 counts of election fraud. The case may be the first substantial crackdown on election fraud in the midst of a bitter legal dispute over the 2020 U.S. election.

On Monday (March 1), the San Antonio News reported that Medina County, Texas, Magistrate Judge Tomas Ramirez had issued a ruling on the case. Tomas Ramirez was indicted by the Bandera Grand Jury on Feb. 11, two days after being arrested on Feb. 9.

Judge who participated in and organized election fraud arrested, says he is “shocked”

Ramirez faces one count of organized election fraud, one count of assisting a voter to vote by mail and 17 counts of unlawful possession of a ballot or ballot envelope.

The charges are said to have been made after an investigation and evidence had already been taken. Nevertheless, Ramirez insisted on defending himself. However, no strong evidence could be given to refute the charges. At the same Time, being charged and even arrested apparently took him by surprise.

“The charges shocked me,” he said.

“I have spent the last 27 years building my law practice and serving in this community, which has earned me a reputation for fairness, sincerity and integrity… For those who know me, these allegations are absurd. For those who don’t, it provides reason to make fun of and hate.”

Ramirez was elected as a magistrate judge in Medina County in 2018.

He was reportedly suspended after the allegations were made.

Election fraud draws national heat, Trump insists that’s true and proven

The big news that a local justice of the peace was working with others to commit election fraud comes as the nationwide debate over election fraud rages on.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump (D-N.Y.), a former U.S. Senator, said that he was not a part of the election fraud debate. Donald Trump continues to insist he won the 2020 election, while Democrats and election officials say the last election cycle was safe and that Biden won the election.

In a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Sunday (Feb. 28), just a day before news broke of the judge’s arrest for alleged election fraud, Trump again lashed out at the fraudulent 2020 election and lambasted the court judges for their inaction.

He said, “This election is rigged, and the Supreme Court and other courts don’t want to do anything about it.”

Trump asserted, “If we had a fair election, the outcome would be very different.”

The organized election fraud by persons in Texas, along with the magistrates, and the resulting indictments and arrests confirm what Trump has been calling for.
