As the case of Xi Jinping and his daughter Xi Mingze continues to fester, the founder of the “Vulgar Wiki” website accused the public security officials in charge of the case of sending “yin and yang reports” to the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau and the Ministry of Public Security, respectively, and sentenced Niu Tengyu, a website maintainer, to 14 years in prison for being the main culprit. But the real mastermind has a deep background and fled overseas after bribing the police.
On February 18, Xiao Yanrui, the founder of the website “Vulgar Wiki” and “Chinawiki” who lives in Japan, told Free Asia that during Niu Tengyu’s detention in Foshan Detention Center, the police took out a computer and gave him a confirmation of the case.
During that Time, the police accidentally leaked two documents, one was reported by the Maoming authorities to the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau, showing that the director of the “Vulgar Wiki” website was Gu Mou, while Niu Tengyu, who was accused of being the “main culprit,” was only the website’s maintainer; the other was reported to the Ministry of Public Security. The other document was reported to the Ministry of Public Security, the “main culprit” became Niu Tengyu, Gu’s name was nowhere to be found.
Xiao Yanrui said: they recently got a file, is NiuTengYu in Foshan detention center, a police officer will give the computer to NiuTengYu let him type some words, in the process, NiuTengYu accidentally restored a few files inside, see two case files, one of GuMou is the main offender, and the other GuMou is not in it.
Xiao Yanrui said that the two documents are almost the same, but only the case involving a change in personnel, and later submitted to the one without Gu, he told the lawyer about this matter.
Niu Tengyu’s defense lawyer Bao Longjun said that if the yin and yang documents are conclusive, the lawyer can file a complaint in this regard.
Xiao Yanrui believes that the Maoming police alone must not dare to engage in this kind of yin and yang report to deceive the central government, he questioned the role played by the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau in this case.
It is reported that Gu Mou, the director of the Shanghai station of “Vulgar Wiki”, was briefly arrested after the establishment of the task force and was sent overseas by his Family immediately after his release. It is rumored that Gu’s Parents used money to get through to the Guangdong public security authorities in Maoming through the Shanghai public security chief.
Xiao Yanrui previously told the Epoch Times that the case file originally included Hu, a relative of Hu Jintao, who was not included in the verdict. The station manager, Gu, also did not appear in the verdict.
Xiao Yanrui said, Gu’s background is very powerful, his father is the Shanghai Municipal Education Bureau, his mother is an Ant Financial Services executive and a representative of the Shanghai Pudong District People’s Congress, and the Shanghai Public Security Bureau Director Gong Daoan has links, so he was unharmed in this case. Niu Tengyu, however, was falsely accused of being the main culprit and suffered greatly.”
However, Gu and Hu are not considered as the main culprits, because the whole case is a police concoction of wrongdoing.
Xiao Yanrui said that the personal information of Xi Jinping’s daughter Xi Mingze and brother-in-law Deng Jiagui was sent by the Red Bank Foundation and the “Chinawiki” website, and that the Maoming Public Security Bureau, which handled the case, was unable to arrest those who exposed the case overseas and framed them for the crime. The police in Maoming were unable to arrest the exposer overseas, so they blamed the “Vulgar Wiki”.

The case began in the first half of 2019, when personal information about Xi Jinping and his daughter Xi Mingze, as well as the personal information of Xi’s brother-in-law Deng Jiagui, was posted online by the offshore websites Red Bank Foundation and Chinawiki. The website “Vicious Wiki” shared friendly links and was locked by police.
On December 30, the Maonan District Court of Maoming City, Guangdong Province, convicted Niu Tengyu as the “main offender” and sentenced him to 14 years and a fine of 130,000 yuan for provocation, infringement of personal information, and illegal business. The other 23 young people also received heavy sentences.
The 10 parents of the “Vicious Wiki” case published an open letter in the “Human Rights Network” on the 16th, saying that the young people who were sentenced became “cannon fodder” and “sacrificial lambs” for the task force to claim credit. The flawed evidence and reasoning in the Maoming court’s decision, and the shocking verdict, will be a disgrace in the history of Chinese law.
Nine of the 24 young people were minors and five adults were under 20 when they were arrested. The parents wrote in their letter that most of them became political prisoners simply by participating in the “editing of words.
According to Radio Free Asia, the “New Vulgar Wiki” website was born overseas after the “Vulgar Wiki” case, and its main manager, Chen Ming, warned that the Communist authorities had taken a very clear position that the case must be sentenced heavily, that there was no room for maneuvering, and that they would not accept the sentence. There is no room for maneuvering, and they will not accept conditions such as commuting the sentences of a few people and leaving the others as they are, or some exchange of monetary benefits.
Chen said that 24 people are not enough to break the law, and urged the Guangdong authorities to give some justice as soon as possible, otherwise no one can stop them from releasing to the public all kinds of secret files from the public security archives of Guangdong Province, which are related to the “vulgar Wiki” and not related to it.
Chen Ming said that China is full of unjust cases and there is no way to sue, which is the reason why they opened the website to declassify the cases in the first place.
