Hollywood actor Kevin Sorbo says his Facebook account has been deleted and that Facebook has not told him why.

Sorbo, a conservative actor, told Fox News, “I was definitely not told, I mean they’ve been secretly banning me for the last year and telling me that they were purposely only letting a few people see my posts.”

“I write posts that are very humorous, and Facebook apparently doesn’t like humor.” Sobel said.

Sobel, whose Facebook account has millions of followers, alluded to the reason for the account’s deletion saying, “I posted information I got from my doctor and then said ‘Hey, please check the other side of the COVID (-19) issue,’ or ‘Please check the other side of the voter fraud issue the other side of it,’ and ‘What do you think?'”

“I posted a lot of stuff that was enough to make them (Facebook) angry and revoke my account, I don’t know. I’d love to get an answer, believe me.” He added.

“(The account) was completely canceled. I mean, look, I’m not posting things that are trying to cause an uproar or cause strife, anger and hate.” S Sobel added, “What I posted was, ‘Let’s talk about these things.’ Because whether it’s masks or no masks, whether it’s voter fraud or no voter fraud, we all have a lot of different ideas. I said, why can’t we discuss these issues? But for whatever reason …… their tolerance is a one-way street for them. It’s hard (for us) to fight that battle when they have all the power and know they have all the power.”

On Feb. 8, Facebook announced it would remove content that fact-checkers and WHO believe contains false information about vaccines.

“Today, we are increasing our efforts to remove false statements on Facebook and Instagram about COVID-19, the COVID-19 vaccine, and vaccines in general during the pandemic.” Facebook said, “Since December, we have removed false statements about the COVID-19 vaccine debunked by public health experts.”

On Feb. 10, Facebook-owned Instagram removed the account of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., a prominent figure in the anti-vaccine camp.

On the other hand, conservative and civil liberties groups are upset by the wave of censorship of speech by big technology companies, which they believe are overstepping their authority.

Writing on the Fox News website, Rep. Mark Green (R-Ga.) cautioned Americans about the radical left’s “Culture of cancellation” and the trend toward speech censorship.

Green cited signs of censorship of speech by big tech companies in the United States. He writes that tech giants have increased their censorship of those who hold dissenting views. In the run-up to the election, Twitter suppressed a New York Post story on Hunter Biden, the oil pipe (YouTube) removed two videos from a Senate hearing on a Communist virus treatment; and in another example, Google blocked an ad opposing the expansion of the Supreme Court. Then Amazon, Apple and Google exercised their monopolies to stop the Parler system, Twitter’s biggest competitor and the alternative chosen by conservatives.
