The Gateway Pundit reports that big-name donors shun anti-Trump Nikki Haley – and this comes after she slammed President Trump.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) has reportedly been pitching the anti-Trump Nikki Haley to big-name Republican donors, but things aren’t looking good for the former South Carolina governor.
According to Richard Barris, Haley is as unpopular among Republican donors as she is among Trump voters.
That’s not a good combination, the report said.
Nikki Haley (D-N.Y.) ripped President Trump in an interview with far-left media outlet Politico last week, saying, “We shouldn’t follow him – we shouldn’t listen to him.”
Republican “elites” think it’s a good idea to denounce Trump now that he’s out of office.
But most Trump voters won’t agree.
According to Steve Bannon’s “War Room,” Sen. Lindsey Graham of her Home state has been selling her to big-name Republican donors, and so far, it hasn’t worked out well.
The ambitious former U.N. ambassador issued a deliberate break with President Trump on the same day that the Trump side of the sham impeachment deliberations began to defend itself.
The problem: Haley is as unpopular among donors as she is among Republican voters.
“Lindsey Graham is making a pitch for Nikki Haley, and he’s calling around to people asking if they’ll meet with her,” said Richard Baris, director of the Big Data Poll.
“These donors are angry that they don’t want to meet with Nikki Haley.”
Barris added, “I guess she forgot to mention it to Politico’s website.”
