The nearby Arlington Police Department noted that authorities were called to at least 23 crashes, and police also assisted five drivers who could no longer drive after their cars either broke down or spun out. Arlington Police Chief Jones (Al Jones) said the department has handled at least 82 crashes since the night of the 10th.
