According to “Boiling Point Video,” a resident of a community in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, shared the process. In the picture, the residents try to open the faucet, but what comes out is not the familiar “tap water”, but the ink-like sewage.

Especially before the lunar calendar, the demand for water is high among the people, and many households can’t help but complain “how should this be used? Some Chinese netizens even quipped, “Is this a different kind of water for getting rich?

After the incident broke out, the company in charge of water responded that the water we output is qualified and also comes with an inspection report, probably because the pressure of the booster pump of the pipeline is too high, which causes the dirt on the wall of the pipe to fall off and cause pollution, but if the pipeline is to be replaced, it will cost a lot of money and all the households in the district must agree.
