Impeachment of Trump caught on tape! The Democrats made a little move in the video

The Breitbart News reported Tuesday that Democrats played Trump‘s speech during impeachment deliberations, but failed to mention Trump’s call to “raise your voice in a peaceful and patriotic manner.”

The report said Democrats played a video of former President Donald Trump’s Jan. 6, 2020 speech at the start of Tuesday’s impeachment deliberations, deceptively editing the video to omit Trump’s call to supporters to “make your voices heard peacefully and patriotically.

The video shows Trump saying, “We’re going to go on, and I’m going to go with you. We’re going to walk down …… to the Capitol.”

The video then switches to supporters chanting, “Let’s take the Capitol!” and “We’re going to the Capitol!” . It then switches to people trying to get past the fence barriers and then to an early part of Trump’s speech where he says about his fight for the election results, “We’re fighting for it no matter what the cost.

The video goes on to say, “President Trump ends his speech and urges his mob to move toward the Capitol.”

It then shows Trump saying.

“So, we’re going to go down Pennsylvania Avenue, I love Pennsylvania Avenue, we’re going to go to the Capitol, we’re going to try to give… Our Republicans, the cowards, because the strong don’t need any help from us, we’re going to try to give them the courage and the pride that they need to take back our country. So, let’s go down Pennsylvania Avenue.”

Then there were violent clashes between protesters and police, protesters storming the Capitol, some chanting “Fight for Trump!” .

The video was edited to show Trump urging his supporters to violently break down the Capitol.

However, nowhere in his speech did Trump encourage violence, and he even called on supporters to “peacefully” make their voices heard.

He said.

“It is now up to Congress to confront this egregious attack on our democracy. After this, we’re going to go on, and I’m going to be with you. We’re going to walk on – we’re going to walk on. … But I think right here, we’re going to walk down to the Capitol and we’re going to cheer for the brave senators and congressmen, and we may not cheer for some of them. Because you’re never going to take back our country with weakness. You have to show strength, you have to be strong. We’re asking Congress to do the right thing, to count only those voters who are legally listed, legally scheduled.

I know all of you here will soon be heading to the Capitol to make your voices heard peacefully and patriotically. (Note: edited out here.) Today, we’ll see if Republicans are determined to uphold electoral integrity. But it doesn’t matter if they are determined to support our country or not. Our country has been under siege for a long Time, far longer than these four years.”

“So we’re going to… We’re going to go down Pennsylvania Avenue, I love Pennsylvania Avenue, and we’re going to go to the Capitol, and we’re going to try to give — the Democrats are hopeless, they’ll never vote for anything, not even one vote (note: edited out here), but we’re going to try to give our Republicans, the cowards, because the strong don’t need any help from us, and we’re going to try to give them the courage and pride, and they need that courage and pride to take back our country. So, let’s go down Pennsylvania Avenue. “

“I want to thank you all. God bless you all, God bless America. Thank you all for being here, it’s been wonderful.”
