On February 9, Heilongjiang Suihua Hailun City officials informed that on February 7, a man in Hailun City clashed with epidemic prevention personnel while queuing for nucleic acid and pushed the epidemic prevention personnel to the ground. The man is suspected of obstructing official duties will be held criminally responsible. At present, the whole Heilongjiang Suihua area is still under closed control. According to local media, on February 7, a man in Heilongjiang Suihua Hailun City was in the queue for nucleic acid, because the child was young and afraid of cold so he was more anxious, the two sides therefore clashed, and the epidemic prevention personnel were not injured. The police are currently handling the case.
It is also reported that on February 6, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province, started to conduct nucleic acid tests for all employees on a county (city) basis, and all tests were completed on February 9. If no positive nucleic acid test is found, normal epidemic prevention and control measures will be implemented and normal production and Life order will be restored. And on February 6, the city of Hailun announced that for neighborhoods where no new positive infections have been found within 14 days so far, residents are allowed to stagger down and move around the neighborhood. For communities where no new positive infections have been found within 14 days, residents will be allowed to enter and exit the community after registering with an access card.
