Expert: WHO helps Chinese Communist Party collect global genetic data Super soldiers go against human decency

In a recent interview with Japan’s The Liberty Web, Dr. Xiaoxu Lin, an American virologist and former director of the Virus Research Laboratory at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, said that the Chinese Communist Party has been very greedy in collecting health-related data from many countries. The WHO has partnered with Alibaba to establish a big data research center and has provided the CCP with a large amount of data from different countries. There are about 30 or so different virus research institutes on the mainland, all with serious security concerns.

WHO and Alibaba Collaborate to Establish Big Data Research Center

Dr. Lin said that Alibaba, a large Chinese Communist Party technology company, and WHO signed a cooperation agreement in 2018 to establish a big data research center in Hangzhou, providing Alibaba with a large amount of data from different countries and is also providing Alibaba with big data. This data is in fact tantamount to providing it to the Chinese Communist government. This is a very dangerous cooperation.

He said that the Chinese Communist Party has been very greedy in collecting health-related data from many countries: biometric information of people, blood types of people, and all kinds of personally identifiable information. It has consciously and systematically infiltrated and controlled the WHO, has been sending interns and young scientists to the WHO, and the CCP’s footprint can be seen at all levels of the WHO bureaucracy, which has a deep influence on the WHO.

Dr. Lin noted that the CCP collects this information because it wants to improve its artificial intelligence ability to analyze the biometrics of different ethnic and racial groups around the world and use the information collected to identify the biomarker profiles of different races.

Dr. Lin said the WHO has also not revealed details of its collaboration with Alibaba so far. In fact, he said, whatever data WHO shares with Alibaba from any country must be approved by the country whose data is being shared. Unfortunately many countries, especially developing countries, have not paid attention to this collaboration between WHO and Alibaba, let alone paid attention to it, because they trust WHO. Many projects such as different antibiotic and vaccine studies are carried out in these countries and WHO collects a lot of information through these projects.

Virology labs established by the Chinese Communist Party have very dangerous safety risks

Dr. Lin told the interviewer that not only Wuhan has a P4 virus laboratory, but the Chinese Communist authorities require every province to establish P3 and P4 laboratories, and at least one P3 laboratory in each province. There are currently about 30 different laboratories in mainland China that have the capacity to increase their virus stocks, i.e., all are conducting virus experiments. It is easy for these laboratories to cultivate viruses because viral samples from patients can be stored in these laboratories for cultivation, and any viral research can be financially supported by the local government.

Dr. Lin emphasized that, leaving aside for the moment whether the Chinese Communist Party will use these viruses to develop biochemical weapons or for genetic modification, etc., the world needs to be more vigilant than ever before in doing even just virus research, because any serious mistake or security breach in all the new labs could lead to a greater disaster.

“The Wuhan Institute of Virology is the top virus research institute in mainland China. 2018 saw the U.S. State Department send experts to the Wuhan Institute of Virology on several occasions, which resulted in numerous worrisome findings, and in a report passed to Washington, D.C., it was clearly noted that the Wuhan Institute of Virology was weakly managed and had security risks such as leaks,” Dr. Lin said.

He stressed, “If a top mainland institute like the Wuhan Virus Institute can’t manage viruses properly, how can you believe that a different provincial laboratory can yet safely handle these dangerous pathogens? So building more virus labs on the mainland is the same as being building more Pandora’s Boxes.”

Super soldiers and genetically modified dogs

The reporter asked if state-of-the-art technology like the DNA sequence CRISPR9 would be used by the CCP to create Super Soldiers.

Dr. Lin replied that the CCP is able to do engineering with CRISPR9 technology. This technology was used by Professor He Jiankui and his team at the Department of Biology at Southern University of Science and Technology in China to modify the CCR5 gene in the embryonic cells of twin babies. The research was actually funded by the Chinese Communist government, but was conducted in secret. If He Jiankui had not announced his research to the public, no one would have been unaware that he was doing such research.

Dr. Lin also told reporters that the Chinese Communist Party wants to develop their super-soldiers and has already started engineering them in some animals, and there are already some super dogs on the mainland. “I’ve seen some reports of Shenzhen police showing the results of some experiments they’ve done on police dogs with genetic modification. There are also reports that the Chinese Communist Party is conducting experiments to produce more capable super soldiers,” Dr. Lin said.

He noted that these are dangerous studies that challenge bioethics, but that the Chinese Communist regime has no regard for ethics and will do anything that is good for its military. As long as the military is the umbrella for any ethical research, there is nothing anyone in the public can do to challenge the research.

Dr. Lin said that the mainland under the Chinese Communist Party has a stockpile of viruses that can be easily cultivated. So it doesn’t matter anymore whether the CCP made the virus or not, the important question is what the CCP will do with the virus and how they will genetically engineer the virus additionally.

Dr. Lin said that the CCP is actively developing biological weapons. The outside world does not have conclusive evidence as to whether the CCP has already conducted small-scale tests in Wuhan, but it is possible that tests have been conducted in some other remote provinces of China. The CCP regime is well aware of the importance of experimenting with biological weapons on humans, and they have been conducting this type of research for a long Time, it is just difficult to find evidence because they are operating in secret.

Dr. Lin urged the international community and governments to pressure the CCP regime to disclose some of the high-risk, military-related research that is still being conducted, such as biological weapons, animal bioengineering or human bioengineering, etc. He also called on all those with knowledge of the details of the CCP’s engagement in such research and who it is working with to disclose what they have learned to the media and the public.
