At that time, there were many old women washing cotton wool at the river, so they were called “drift mothers”. When they were washing lint, they brought their own food. One of them saw Han Xin, who was young and tall and had no food, and took pity on him, so she gave him her own food to eat.
Han Xin ate his food from his mother for dozens of days. The mother came every day to wash the floss and brought a meal to Han Xin every day.
Then one day the old woman said to Han Xin, “I’ve finished washing the floss, so I won’t be here tomorrow, so you can find your own way to eat. Han Xin said, “You have invited me to eat for dozens of days, it is a great kindness to me, I must repay you well in the future.
The drifting mother said, “If a man can’t even eat for himself, what is the point of repaying him? Then the drifting mother went away.
From these things, we can see that Han Xin has a proud backbone, that is, you do not let me dine, I still do not come. At the same time, Han Xin is the kind of ancient people who have a kindness will return the cab style.
From these points, Han Xin really has an ancient aristocratic spirit or arrogance, which the general public can not see, of course, may not be used to, so Han Xin soon encountered a problem.
At that time in the place where Han Xin lived there was a butcher, a butcher who killed pigs and dogs. There was a young man in this family who was very angry when he saw Han Xin, saying that you don’t work properly and you carry a sword all day long, a big man, what do you want?

What was Han Xin’s reaction?
In the Records of the Grand Historian, he used three words to describe his reaction: “Who looked at him?” He stared at the man, not angry, and looked at him for a long time without expression, and then lowered his head and passed under his crotch. As a result, the people next to him laughed and everyone said that Han Xin was a coward.
But from the actual reaction of Han Xin, in fact, Han Xin is not a coward.
Because usually people will be furious when they encounter such a situation. You insulted my character in public, didn’t you? However, Han Xin did not get angry at all and looked at the man very calmly, but in his heart he was weighing the pros and cons of drilling through and not drilling through. After weighing the pros and cons, he snapped! Drill through.
So Han Xin had a very rational character, and this rational character later saved Han Xin’s Life.
