As a WHO expert team arrives in Wuhan to investigate the origin of the CCP virus, Zhang Hai, a Family member of an outbreak victim, has publicly called out the Hubei and Wuhan governments, asking to meet with the WHO expert team along with officials. The WHO has not yet responded to Zhang Hai’s request.
As previously reported by the station, Zhang Hai, a family member of a victim of New Guan Pneumonia, lost his father to the CCP virus in Wuhan last year. Zhang Hai filed a lawsuit in a court in Hubei province to pursue responsibility and claim compensation from the government and hospital personnel involved, which was rejected by the court; he later filed a request for the Hubei and Wuhan governments to disclose information about the Epidemic, which also fell on deaf ears. With the arrival of the WHO Virus Traceability Expert Group in Wuhan on January 14, Zhang Hai requested that members of the group meet with the families of the victims of the outbreak after the end of the quarantine.
Reporter: Hello Mr. Zhang, you asked to meet with the WHO expert team that arrived in Wuhan, does the Chinese government have any response to this?
Zhang Hai: One of the immediate effects of the WHO’s arrival in Wuhan was that we had a WeChat (Chinese Communist Party virus victims) family group that was disbanded on January 16th and 17th. There were nearly 100 people in this family group. The feeling I got was that the local government in Wuhan was particularly nervous. Many of my vocal platforms were blocked, and I’m sure there are other family members as well.
Reporter: What would you like to say to the experts who came to Wuhan to investigate the traceability of the virus?
Zhang Hai: I would like the Wuhan government to meet with the WHO experts along with the families. I would also like to ask these experts from WHO if they dare to meet these families and listen to these families talk about their terrible experiences during that Time. The people of Wuhan have become victims at the cost of their lives because of the virus outbreak. If WHO is afraid to meet the families, then WHO is fooling people all over the world by coming to Wuhan (to conduct an investigation). I hope that the WHO people will not be disturbed by the outside world and will keep their hearts and minds on the facts. Because so far, the local government of Wuhan has not admitted its criminal act of concealment, and has not even taken up the minimum responsibility, daring to do something, and afterwards, it is still sophomoric. If the WHO experts are also telling lies in good conscience, it is a great insult to the deceased.
The WHO expert team arrived in Wuhan on January 14, 2021 and will conduct an investigation into the origin of the new coronavirus in the following month.
Reporter: The WHO has repeatedly claimed that they sent the team to China to investigate the origin of the virus only, not to hold the Chinese government accountable. What do you think of the WHO’s evasion of the Chinese Communist government’s cover-up of the true information at the beginning of the outbreak?
Zhang Hai: I don’t think much of the WHO, I think the WHO is a bureaucracy. In my mind, such a worldwide organization should be independent and not subject to outside interference. I was particularly amused when a WHO expert in Wuhan gave an interview to the media, saying that the Chinese Communist virus might have come from Southeast Asia. I hope these experts will not tell lies in good conscience. I wanted to meet with the WHO people to remind them that they should respect Life, and that a moment of falsification and telling lies cannot stand the test of time.
Reporter: You insisted on pursuing the governments of Hubei and Wuhan for covering up the epidemic and concealing and misreporting early confirmed cases, how has it progressed recently?
Zhang Hai: I am now suing the Supreme People’s Court, and I have the feeling that the officials are taking an evasive attitude towards our lawsuit, while blocking all our voices to pursue responsibility, and creating an atmosphere in the country that pretends not to know about the existence of our group. They are just using time to stall and are heavily promoting the achievements made in the fight against the epidemic, and this kind of publicity is disrespectful to the deceased. I hope to let them know through the media that we have been pursuing and speaking out and will certainly not give up.

Reporter: How do you view the collective absence of Chinese media on the matter of the families of victims of the Communist Party’s virus epidemic pursuing responsibility against the government?
Zhang Hai: All the victims’ families, domestically, are all blocked, which I always think is a very abnormal phenomenon. Every life is very precious, a country is also formed by the people, at least the country should treat the people well, did something wrong, committed a crime, should give the people an explanation, otherwise it will chill the hearts of more people.
Reporter: Thank you for accepting my interview.
