On January 25, despite the official notification of only 2 new confirmed cases of CCP virus in Shanghai, informed netizens disclosed that the authorities sent many buses to pull away all the residents of Guixi neighborhood in Huangpu District, which was upgraded to a medium-risk area the day before, for centralized quarantine. The area of the Zhaotong neighborhood in Huangpu District, which was upgraded to a medium-risk area four days ago, is now empty.

According to official media reports, Shanghai informed that there were two new confirmed cases of local CCP virus from 0-24 hours on January 25. One case lives in Huangpu District, and the case confirmed on the 23rd is a husband and wife; one case lives in Changning District, and is a Family member accompanying a hospital inpatient. So far, the cumulative number of local confirmed cases in Shanghai is 15, of which 12 cases are in Huangpu District.

Shanghai authorities sent many large buses to pull away all the residents of the Guixi neighborhood in Huangpu District to centralize the quarantine. However, the authorities did not announce this news.
