The Coalition for Democracy and Human Rights in China and the Democratic China Front, held protests and demonstrations in major cities in the U.S. East and West on January 24, urging the Biden administration to continue to crack down on the Chinese Communist Party and resist its infiltration. Later that afternoon, New York members of the two groups, along with the China Democratic Party, the Rock Church and the Chinese Federal Party, responded to the event by holding a rally outside the United Nations headquarters in Manhattan to protest against the tyranny of the Chinese Communist Party.

The coalition held rallies on the same day in Washington, D.C. and New York in the U.S. East, and in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Seattle in the U.S. West, to protest the Chinese Communist Party’s dictatorial terrorist group’s all-out efforts to infiltrate, corrupt and divide the United States, and to protest the Chinese Communist Party’s arrest and suppression of pro-democracy activists in Hong Kong and the mainland, said Bai Jiamin, vice president of the coalition’s headquarters and president of the U.S. East.
The Chinese participating in the rally had four demands for the Biden Administration: (1) stop supplying high-tech chips to the CCP to stop the evil and terrorist CCP from continuing to harm humanity; (2) strictly investigate and punish the CCP for infiltrating the U.S. to prevent the evil and terrorist CCP from harming U.S. national security and democratic human rights; (3) announce as soon as possible the assets of corrupt and evil CCP officials in the U.S., etc.; (4) hold them accountable for the harm caused by the CCP virus attacking the U.S. and people around the world.
Bai Jiamin mentioned that the U.S. election was a very confusing situation caused by the infiltration of the Chinese Communist Party, so overseas Chinese, including pro-democracy groups, organized this event with the aim of putting pressure on the Biden administration and making them recognize the voices of overseas Chinese.
Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said Jan. 19 that the Trump administration has found the Chinese Communist authorities guilty of “genocide and Crimes Against Humanity” for cracking down on Uighur Muslims in the Xinjiang region. Secretary of State-designate Antony Blinken also supports this finding.
He also hopes that the Biden administration will continue the Trump Administration‘s policy of “imposing sanctions on senior Chinese officials and evil officials, disclosing their assets, and confiscating their assets in the United States.
U.S. Politicians Wary of Chinese Communist Infiltration
Mr. Lin, a member of the Chinese Democratic Party who attended the event, said that the Chinese Communist Party’s all-around infiltration of the United States has alerted the U.S. political class in recent years. He noted that on May 20, 2020, the White House released a 20-page report, “United States Strategic Approach to The People’s Republic of China,” stating The U.S. government is aware of the dangers of the Chinese Communist Party. Mr. Lin believes that this report has given the U.S. political circles and Congress a consensus to suppress the infiltration of the CCP, so that future U.S. administrations, whether Democratic or Republican, should have a clear understanding of the CCP.
The report explores the challenges posed by the CCP to the United States from the economic and security perspectives, and proposes ways for the United States to respond.
