White House video of Biden’s speech shows eerie male voice mentioning “plea deal” Texas First Gun sues Biden administration

On Friday, Texas formally sued the Biden administration to rescind an executive order suspending deportations of illegal immigrants.

The National Guard has been treated so roughly that the governors of Texas, Florida and three other states have ordered the Guard to be brought back to the area.

Video of Biden’s speech suddenly shows eerie male voice referring to “plea deal”

On Thursday (Jan. 21), the White House Youtube channel released a video of incoming President Joe Biden’s public address, in which another clear male voice eerily appears in a short speech that appears to mention “I just made a plea deal” and other content.

The video, released by the White House and titled “President Biden Speaks and Signs Executive Order,” features a speech by Biden in response to the outbreak, the signing of an executive order and other presidential actions.

The video is nearly two hours long, but most of the Time is blank, except between about 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1 hour and 36 minutes, when Biden speaks to the media and signs an order in the White House, presumably accompanied by Vice President He Jinli.

But shortly after Biden’s speech begins (1 hour, 16 minutes, 35 seconds into the video), just as he is discussing the appointment of his preparedness team, another clear male voice suddenly appears in the video, saying something of unknown meaning. The voice lasts less than 10 seconds and then fades out.

In a report on the same day, the U.S. media National File summarized the male voice’s speech, which appears to include phrases such as “So just so you know my Life, after waiting to do this, I just agreed to a plea sentence for …… guy……”.

The White House Youtube channel posted the video and then removed it from its list of shows, the report said. In other words, the video is no longer available to readers on the White House channel, and only those who still have the link to the video can continue to watch it.

The report also said that the bizarre audio is expected to be cut out later.

As of press time, the video is still available on Youtube, but the video status has been changed to “not publicly listed”.

Texas formally sues Biden Administration to lift suspension of deportation order

On Friday (Jan. 22), Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit in federal court against the Biden administration, arguing that its moratorium on deportations of certain illegal immigrants is unlawful and asking that it be lifted.

On his first day in office (Jan. 20), Biden signed several executive orders reforming the immigration policies of former President Trump‘s administration. Acting Secretary of Homeland Security David Pekoske issued a memo the same day calling for an internal review of current immigration enforcement policies and a 100-day moratorium on deporting certain illegal immigrants beginning Jan. 22.

The day before the lawsuit was filed, Paxton wrote to Pecoske, stating his interest in having the “unlawful and unreasonable deportation ban” lifted or he would initiate a lawsuit.

In his complaint, Paxton said the Biden administration’s immigration measure violates an agreement between the Department of Homeland Security and the state of Texas. Under the agreement, if DHS wants to change immigration regulations, it must consult with Texas in advance and give Texas six months’ notice of the change.

In a statement, Paxton said, “Our state defends the largest area of the southern border of the United States, and failure to properly enforce the law will directly and immediately endanger our citizens and law enforcement officers.”

Prior to the indictment, Paxton tweeted, “When Gov. Biden breaks the law, I take action. I have told the Department of Homeland Security to immediately rescind its illegal and unjustified deportation ban or Texas will file suit. As attorney general, I will always put the interests of Americans, Texans (first), over dangerous foreigners who must be deported!”

Paxton also argued that a moratorium on deportations would allow the Biden administration to grant “blanket Amnesty” to many undocumented immigrants “without congressional approval.

In his letter to Pecoske, Paxton wrote: “The complete abdication of the Department of Homeland Security’s responsibility to enforce federal immigration laws is unlawful and will severely and irreparably harm the State of Texas and its citizens.”

Just before Biden took office, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) tweeted on Jan. 16, “A flurry of lawsuits initiated by Texas awaits Biden. Texas will act whenever the federal government infringes on states’ rights or interferes with constitutional rights, private property rights or the right to earn a living.”

How Biden responds to China’s failure to deliver on U.S.-China trade deal promises comes into focus

U.S.-China trade figures show that the Chinese Communist Party has failed to fulfill the first phase of the U.S.-China trade agreement with the Trump Administration. Under the agreement reached last January in a trade war truce between the two countries, the CPC had pledged to buy hundreds of billions of dollars of U.S. products, but an analysis by research firms found that nearly a year after the deal took effect, the CPC had purchased only 58 percent of the size of its pledge.

Under the first phase of the U.S.-China trade deal signed last Jan. 15, the CPC agreed to purchase an additional $200 billion worth of U.S. goods and services in 2020 and 2021, on top of its total imports of U.S. goods in 2017.

The CPC imported $100 billion in U.S. goods in the first year of implementing the agreement, just 58 percent of its goal of buying $173.1 billion in U.S. goods that year, according to CPC customs data compiled by the Peterson Institute for International Economics, a Washington-based economic think tank.

The worst performance was in energy purchases.

The CCP has purchased $23.5 billion of agricultural products covered by the agreement, compared to the $36.6 billion expected to be purchased in the first year.

However, for U.S. energy products covered under the agreement, the CPC has purchased only $9.8 billion, well below the implied target of $25.3 billion for the full year.

Biden has yet to make a formal statement on the prospects for the first phase of the U.S.-China trade deal.

Ridiculous! Biden issues new order that men who see themselves as women can compete in women’s sports

On his first day in office (Jan. 20), President Biden issued an executive order requiring all schools receiving federal funding to treat self-identified women who are biologically male as women, and vice versa, or risk losing government funding. Under the policy, men who identify themselves as women will be allowed to compete in women’s sports, receive scholarships for women and be allowed into women’s locker rooms.

The executive order reads, “Children should be able to go to school without worrying about whether they will be denied access to restrooms, locker rooms or participation in school sports programs.” “The Biden Administration will work to prevent and combat discrimination based on gender identity or sexual orientation.”

Biden’s new executive order also mandates that every Education agency take action to ensure that the new rule is implemented within 100 days beginning Jan. 20.

During the campaign, Biden also pledged to use the Department of Education to investigate and address any violations of transgender students’ civil rights, including revoking funding for federal schools and even bringing legal action against them.

Biden has previously pledged to advance a radical transgender agenda. He once told a mother of an 8-year-old gender-confused child at a town hall that he would “revolutionize [relevant] laws” and rescind former President Trump’s executive order on sexual and gender identity. His pledge was backed and encouraged by current Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.).

When reporters asked Schumer, “Biden said that on his first day in office, he would provide transgender students with access to all sports, restrooms and locker rooms based on the gender identity provided in all federally funded schools. Do you think he has the ability to do that? Do you agree with his decision?” Schumer replied, “I agree with that decision, and I know that Biden will consider everything that is relevant in a comprehensive way under the law.”

The book “The Devil Rules Our World,” by the editorial board of the Nine Commentaries, points out that by indoctrinating young students in the name of “common sense” and “science” about promiscuity and homosexuality outside of Marriage, the next generation is being set on a path of total deviation from God “Free” indulgence. These various names of “sex education” starting from elementary school have systematically reversed the sexual values that God has left to man, including Family, responsibility, love, chastity, shame, self-control, fidelity, etc.

Commentator Yang Xu said that God created men and women, and that men and women are compatible with each other and with yin and yang. This practice of messing with gender and not distinguishing between men and women will eventually lead to the road of no return of sexual promiscuity and fall for the devil’s trick. The norm of being human is lost, and will be abandoned by God.

U.S. court blocks ObamaCare forcing doctors to perform sex reassignment surgery

A federal district court judge in North Dakota, Peter Welte, ruled Tuesday, Jan. 19, that the U.S. Department of health (HHS) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) are prohibited from forcing surgeons and some religious health care providers to perform sex reassignment surgery under ObamaCare.

According to the Epoch Times website, Welter said in the ruling that Catholic medical institutions and certain faith-based medical personnel who refuse to perform sex reassignment surgery are exercising their right to freedom of religion protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution. But ObamaCare forced them to undergo sex reassignment surgery for political purposes, so the court issued an injunction to protect the freedom of belief of those religious institution personnel.

He wrote, “Without an injunction, plaintiffs may be forced to engage in sex reassignment surgery contrary to their religious beliefs or may suffer severe financial losses as a result of refusing to perform such surgery.”

The report said the U.S. Department of Health issued a decree in 2016 during Obama’s term that prohibited insurers or third parties from denying treatment options for sex reassignment surgery and health insurance providers from denying medical care for sex reassignment surgery, even if it was motivated by religious beliefs.

The Department of Health under the Trump administration withdrew this provision, but the practice was resisted by several U.S. district courts.

Trump opens DC hotel to police after National Guard roughed up in DC, three governors withdraw troops

The National Guard unit stationed in Washington DC to protect the inauguration of new US President Joe Biden has been subjected to rough treatment, with some guards claiming they have suffered “unbelievable betrayal”. The governors of Texas, Florida and other states have now ordered the guards to be brought back to their localities.

Pictured are National Guard soldiers stationed at the Capitol Visitor Center.

“We feel incredibly betrayed.”

The news was first reported by the American media Politico on Thursday (Jan. 21). Guard guardsmen who were in Washington DC to protect Biden’s inauguration were suddenly told to stop staying inside the Capitol during their break and to rest in a nearby parking lot.

Photos sent out by Politico show the guardsmen, who were working 12-hour shifts, huddled on the garage floor, some resting their heads against concrete pillars. One guard said there was no Internet signal in the parking lot, the 5,000 soldiers had only one electrical outlet and one bathroom, and by late afternoon the temperature in Washington, D.C., was as low as 4 degrees Celsius.

One guard told Politics that on the day of Biden’s inauguration, dozens of lawmakers posed for pictures, shook hands and thanked them for their service, “and in less than 24 hours, with no more use for us, [they] kicked us into the corner of the parking lot. We felt incredibly betrayed.”

Texas, Florida and New Hampshire moved back to the National Guard.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott tweeted that he has directed Tracy Norris, commander of the Texas National Guard, to bring the Texas Guard in DC back to Texas.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) has also ordered Florida National Guard soldiers stationed at the U.S. Capitol to return Home.

On Fox News Friday, DeSantis decried the unfair treatment of the guardsmen, “These men are soldiers, not servants of Nancy Pelosi.” “This is a half-cooked (half-cooked) mission, and the most appropriate thing to do right now is to bring them home.”

In stark contrast, former President Trump offered the Trump Hotel in Washington, DC, for police use.
