People in Harbin’s Hulan district woken up at night for nucleic acid testing
Today (January 18) Harbin officials informed that there are 12 new cases of asymptomatic infected people, 11 of whom live in the same district. The Voice of Hope reporter learned that Harbin’s Hulan district was closed in the early hours of this morning, and residents throughout the district were called up overnight to do nucleic acid testing.
In today’s press conference on the prevention and control of the epidemic, the press office of the government of Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, informed that on January 18, 2021, there were 12 new cases of asymptomatic infections in Harbin, 11 of whom all live in the Taixing Happy District of Lanhe Community in Hulan District.
Today, our reporter learned through Mr. Liu (a pseudonym), a resident of Hulan District, that Hulan District has been closed, “Now that the outbreak has broken out, the city has now been closed to Hulan. Harbin airport bus are stopped, cabs are stopped, Hulan District all full do nucleic acid testing.”
Mr. Zhang (a pseudonym), a resident of Hulan district, also confirmed to the station, “The city has been closed, and you can enter but not leave. The city was closed in the early hours of last night. Those stores on the street are closed, now is the supermarket, these side dishes are open, the rest of the restaurants are closed.”
He said that the district began to nucleic acid testing overnight that day, one of his colleagues was woken up at 2:00 last night, “now all done, yesterday to do a night, that is, all night to do nucleic acid, to which the district, from the first floor to the seventh floor called from house to house, finished up to do nucleic acid.”
Mr. Zhang said that the district where the case appeared has been closed, “is a suspected case of the district closed, the other can (go out).”
The official announcement of the case trajectory shows that on January 16, Hulan District, Lanhe Community Taixing happy neighborhood of 17-year-old man Wang Moumou, went to Hulan District Chinese Hospital to remove the steel plate implanted during fracture surgery last year, in accordance with the provisions of the prevention and control of nucleic acid testing, 17 feedback results were positive, January 18 was determined to be asymptomatic infected.
Subsequently, nucleic acid testing was conducted on residents of Wang’s living unit, and 10 more cases of asymptomatic infections were identified.
Another case was a close contact of Zhang, who was diagnosed as asymptomatic on the 17th. On the 17th, he was transferred to Dream Hotel for centralized isolation, where he tested positive for nucleic acid on the same day and was determined to be asymptomatic on the 18th.
In view of the Chinese Communist Party’s consistent concealment of the epidemic, the relevant data has yet to be confirmed.
Currently, the three northeastern provinces, as well as Hebei and Beijing, are the hardest hit by the epidemic. As of 15:00 on January 18, 2021, there are three high-risk areas in the country, including two in Hebei Province and one in Heilongjiang Province; there are 93 medium-risk areas, including six in Beijing, 48 in Hebei Province, nine in Heilongjiang Province, 24 in Jilin Province, and six in Liaoning Province.
