The nucleic acid test falsification incident recently broke out in Longyao County, Hebei Province, which involved testing agencies all over the country. The company is now in emergency closure, prohibiting people from entering or leaving the city, and the person responsible for the testing agency involved has been detained.
According to the government of Xingtai City, Hebei Province, on January 17, the second round of nucleic acid testing in Longyao County, Xingtai City, from January 12 to 13, tested more than 310,000 people. Zhai Moumou, who is in charge of testing Jinan Huaxi Medical Testing Laboratory, reported to the health department on the 14th that the test results were all negative.
But on the 16th the health department found positive samples from Zhai’s feedback sent samples. Subsequently, Longyao County resampled 10 of them and found that three of them were positive, with an infection ratio of up to 30%.
Longyao County has been under emergency closure since the 16th, all major traffic roads are sealed off, vehicles and people are not allowed to enter or leave, and the communities are also under closed management. From the 18th, Longyao County will conduct the third round of full nucleic acid testing.

The Chinese authorities themselves have always falsified the testing data, and once the light is on, they push the blame down. The revelation of the falsified nucleic acid tests in Longyao County has unveiled a small piece of the CCP’s top-down cover-up of the epidemic.
According to public information, the operating company of the Jinan Huaxi Medical Laboratory involved is Jinan Huaxi Medical Laboratory Co. The company’s legal representative is Baying, and its business scope includes medical laboratory, clinical cellular molecular genetic specialty, genetic testing, and gene sequencing technology consulting services.
Early last year, after the outbreak of the CCP virus, Jinan Huaxi Medical undertook the nucleic acid testing in Jinan. However, in April 2020, the agency had been punished for violations.
According to the enterprise search data, the actual controller of Jinan Huaxi Medical is Shenzhen Nucleon Genetics Technology Co. The official website of Shenzhen Nucleon Genetics says, “Nucleon Genetics service outlets throughout the country, and has 54 directly operated branches and 33 standardized laboratories nationwide.” This means that the company may have undertaken the nucleic acid testing business in many regions of China.
In addition to the alleged falsification of data from third-party medical testing agencies, the CCP has been criticized for withholding information on the epidemic. Recently, the epidemic data announced by the vice governor of Hebei Province was inconsistent with the data communicated by the Hebei Provincial Health Commission, sparking a public debate.
On the afternoon of the 16th, Hebei Vice Governor Meng Xianghong said at a press conference on the epidemic that as of January 14, the second round of nucleic acid tests in Shijiazhuang were all completed and a total of 247 positive cases were found.
However, the epidemic data released by the Hebei Provincial Health Commission showed that the number of infections in Shijiazhuang on the 14th was only 89 cases, a difference of 158 cases between the two. According to the outside world, the official data released by the government are “conflicting”, which supports the fact that the authorities are hiding the epidemic.
