Democrat Pennsylvania governor: You have no right to say the election is rigged, it’s “unprotected speech” and so is Trump

Pennsylvania Governor John Fetterman (R) said Friday (Jan. 15) that President Trump does not have the right to declare the election stolen, U.S. media outlet Gateway Pundit reported. According to Gov. Fetterman, saying the election was stolen or rigged is not protected by the First Amendment.

“It’s a lie to say that Pennsylvania is ‘rigged’ or that we’re ‘trying to steal the election.’ You don’t have the right to say that, that’s unprotected speech,” Fetterman said.

Fetterman, a Democrat, said, “Trump only has the right to talk about his favorite soccer team and to say he’s the greatest president of the United States, but no one, Trump, Democrats or Republicans have the right to say the election is rigged.”

Fetterman is the quintessential Democrat-Marxist: he wants to criminalize speech with which he disagrees.

Fetterman announced a possible Senate run this week, singling out the Pennsylvania Republican. Speaking to KDKA radio, Fetterman confirmed, “We’re looking at the race and are looking at all the relevant elements. Honestly, that’s what we’re doing right now.”
