Breitbart News reported on Jan. 15 that Joe Biden told his supporters that on his first day in office, he would remove any laws involving both genders and promote transgender policies.
Joe Biden’s campaign website promises that on his first day in office, Joe Biden will reinstate the Obama-Biden guidelines, which were repealed by Trump, promote policies on sports, restrooms and locker rooms for transgender people in schools, and will also direct the education department to investigate civil rights violations against transgender students.
Last October, Joe Biden also proposed transgender medical care for children suffering from mental illnesses such as gender anxiety disorder, and that children as young as eight should be allowed to decide for themselves whether to become transgender.
Joe Biden also promised to sign the Equality Act into law within the first 100 days, a move that would eliminate federal recognition of both genders. The Equality Act would put transgender bathrooms into federal law, eliminate female-only sports and force the use of pronouns in preference.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) has hinted that she will move forward with the legislative process for the Equality Act, and on Jan. 1, Pelosi revealed that new House rules would include eliminating gender-specific terms such as “father, mother, son and daughter,” which reflect the gender of men and women.
