Just anti-Trump? Pelosi hard to protect with the Chinese Communist spy woman to and from lawmakers

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (pictured) announced she will return California Congressman Eric Swalwell, who is suspected of improperly interacting with Chinese Communist spy Fang Fang, to the Homeland Security Committee.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) announced earlier that she will return Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.), who is suspected of inappropriate dealings with Chinese Communist spy Fang Fang, to the Homeland Security Committee, which deals with sensitive intelligence matters.

Fox News reported that Pelosi issued a statement saying she was pleased to designate some “outstanding” members of Congress to key committee positions to lead the Democratic Party in revitalizing the U.S. economy and fighting for justice and progress for the American people.

Swofford will not only have renewed access to sensitive U.S. intelligence, but will also serve as the administrator of the impeachment of President Trump. He likened Trump to Usama bin Laden, who once launched a terrorist attack on the United States, and said several Republican members of Congress are “KKK”.

Swalwell was on the Homeland Security Committee from 2012 to 2014. He severed ties with Fang Fang, a Chinese woman with whom he had close dealings, after the FBI briefed him that she was a Chinese spy. Although he has not been charged with leaking U.S. secrets, there have been calls from various sectors of the U.S. community that he no longer have access to intelligence.

Despite the potential for jumping on the bandwagon, Pelosi doesn’t seem worried.
